Plod brutality

Better to be a "Plastic Plod" than have a plastic brain, and spout off about things you know Jack Shit about, you booby!

I can't for the life of me imagine why they'd only take you as a corner boy and not an actual copper. Did you fail the bleep test? Can't have been that you're a moronic cock.

No. Not at all. Some of us have to deal with anti-social idiots like you, who are just life's dregs and wasters. Maybe, just maybe you will do a bit of growing up. However I really doubt it in your case. What do you do, IF you work? Clean out the sewers? You would be at home down there.

Related to that clip is this article. Some of the comments infuriate me; I hate this assertion that you must have been doing something wrong for the police to come and slap you about and arrest you. If only that were the case....

Shock horror - Cops abuse their power!

The cvnts do it all the time whether it be stopping your car for no reason, trying to physically intimidate you at peaceful protests or just generally being the usual wankers.

Football fans are easy targets as the cops can fabricate lies and the justice system will readily believe them

The Coppers I know sell the best Green and Crack in the County so they alright in my book.

My Grandad was a Copper, he told me some funny stories of shooting his mates using blanks when they on nights. He used a gun they had at the station for some reason and someone would do a false call to the station when they had nothing to do and when new boy got sent out to investigate they'd jump out on them and fire a few blanks at 'em lol Classic. The flinches would of been excellent.

Thoughts on this?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11987395

(If you can't access the link, here's the article report:

Video footage of a protester apparently being dragged from his wheelchair by police and pulled across a street has emerged amid claims the police used disproportionate force in dealing with student demonstrators last week.

Jody McIntyre says he was the victim of unprovoked action by the police who appear to pull him from his wheelchair.

The Metropolitan police have responded to the video and released the following statement:

"In connection with the incident shown on you tube of a tuition fees protestor in a wheelchair, the Met Police confirm the man involved Jody McIntyre has not launched an official complaint. The issue has been referred by the Met Police to Directorate of Professional Standards - The Met Police will contact Jody McIntyre directly."

However, in the video attached within the link, Jody McIntyre says that he hasn't launched an official complaint YET. He is in the process of doing so.

I think it's quite shameful that a police officer seems to have lost all common sense and no morales by dragging a disabled person, let alone a person who would pose no threat, across the concrete surface. Also in the video, Jody McIntyre says that he is unable to push the wheelchair by himself, and has to have his brother push it for him, so unless there was verbal input from Jody, it's unlikely that the policeman was provoked by him. Even if it was verbal, the policeman's actions are totally unjustified. And you can see the policeman in question being taken away by his colleague to stop him from doing further damage to the disabled protester.

The presenter is a bit of a cock tbh.

I have wondered if in fact the presenters get told what questions to ask the interviewee? It sounds kinda stupid, but if so, it seems like the questions were made simply to antagonise Jody and it's almost like they're on the policeman's side :dunno:

That interviewer should be ashamed as well as whoever came up with all those questions. Fair play to McIntyre, thought he handled the provocation well and gave a good account of himself.

"Were you harmed in any way" in the context of that interview was a clear attempt to suggest that he had nothing to complain about given that he didn't suffer any serious injury. What a bag of shit.
