This forum tells you much more about knowitall than Vital!

I know this forum tells us more I never said it didn't :frusty:

And vital didn't confirm the transfer either.

Sorry mate you seem to be getting my wires crossed somewhere. All I was doing was querying Babylons point and was using vital as an example as they mentioned him. Ive just realised why you are on the defensive as ive just seen your vital sig lol

No worries.

Out of interest did you set up vital or just help run things for them? Doesn't each club have there own site?

If it's Knowitall or websites, I trust Knowitall. A website a few days back said N'Guessan had definitely signed for Sheffield United. I don't trust the majority of websites, just trying to stir things up. If Cox and N'Guessan have been to the training ground, it suggests they are at least quite keen.

A couple of days ago you were saying he's not come to Leicester because you'd seen it written that he's off to Sheff Utd and now you're saying you don't trust websites! I've never seen a poster change their mind and opinion so often!

I don't trust them, but I still get excited by them! But, that was before Knowitall laid down his views, so in that respect I think I'm excused... just... :sweating:

Yeah basically every team has an editor (of which I am for Leicester) and then there are extra writers for each site if required.

Swindon reject two bids for Cox

Cox still has one year left on his Swindon contract

Swindon Town have turned down two bids for top scorer Simon Cox since the end of the season.

One of the offers was from Leicester City, and it is thought the other club could be Scottish champions Celtic.

So we haven't bid enough obviously! If Celtic are getting involved though we might lose out...

Don't know what the article says now, and i'm not sure whether anybody has picked up on it but it said they had rejected two bids since the season finished?

Close season is fooking gash. Im not sure I can take people chatting this much bollocks for another 3 months.

I know. I find it's usually a good idea to steer clear of Transfer Talk. Unfortunately it's like poking a sore tooth, you just can't stop popping in for a gander.

It's to be expected. You think the fans are going to just sit around for 3 months or so without speculating? Last season we were only going to sign players hardly anyone had heard of, this year we're linked with players some of us actually know - and rate! Bring on speculation!

There's always this amount of bollocks, it's just that it's more focussed during the off-season

Nothing mentioned about Cox today on east midlands today.

But they did say we are in talks to sign N'Guessan.

I'm 50/50 on the Cox one now, knowitall could be wrong and his reputation will fall Michael Barrymore esque.

Why would there be anything on Midlands News? They said stuff about Cox yesterday, and if he hasn't signed, nothing major has changed.

Will it?

It will be the first time he/she has been wrong in the whole of the time they have been providing us with news.

You're one ungrateful fooker.

Like Stuart's Lubbock?

Anyone else think we should have a 'Questions for Knowitall' thread? We can ask him the latest on situations like this and whether there is actually any truth in the possibility of us signing Gunnarson, Turnbull, Wellens etc.

Just a thought.

What will he be wrong about? He said we were close to signing him, not that we'd signed him. If Celtic are indeed in for him, that could provide the 'huge change of heart' that knowitall referred to.

Although I really hope this isn't the case!

KIA did say only 80%.

Amazingly enough, that's 20% left for something to change, even in the matter of time since KIA got and provided us with the information and for the time for it to be published online (BBC etc...)
