Finnegan Posted 22 May 2009 Posted 22 May 2009 I think at times he's been amusing, I think he's a fairly honest and a fairly decent guy. But I think he needs to take a leaf out of Mandaric's book (amazingly) and spend a season shutting up, knuckling down, getting on with his job and letting those around him do the same. Leicester was bad for him, yes, he needs to learn from that and move on. I'm not saying he should never crack a joke in a conference again but he needs to learn when is and isn't the time to do so. Take himself out of the limelight and focus on getting his job done.
