As i've said before and i cannot say it enough times to be honest, that scumbag CHEATED. No candidates are allowed to canvas in the libraries, so he went in and stood over people as they voted and bribed them to vote for him, in some cases he filled out the voting forms online while people were away from thier computers. He is an uber asshat of the highest order.
