Seriously, we all know how much of a great deal Inter will be getting if this does go through, although it is looking more likely that the deal will include cash and Hleb which wouldn't be too bad. I don't want Eto'o to go, on his day there isn't a better finisher than him anywhere, Ibrahimovic is a greedy player, he frustrates me, he has so much talent but he never produces the goods on a consistent level, maybe he will change at Barca, who knows. I so wanted Villa to join though!

Barca wants to cash in on Eto'o now, as they wont break their wage structure to extend his contract and his contract is out next summer. So at this moment in time Eto'o doesn't have the value, that his class actually justifies. Ibrahimovic will give Barca a whole new dimension to play with, as he can act like a targetman to lay the ball off for Henry, Messi, Xavi and Iniesta. A guy like Ibrahimovic could have given Barca a plan B in a game, like the Chelsea one, were it was lady luck more than anything that led them through to the final, as they ran out of ideas.

martyn Posted 20 July 2009 Posted 20 July 2009 Is that Eto'o, Hleb and cash for Ibrahimovic? Inter are getting a cracking deal there, especially if Hleb can start performing after sadly being rubbish at Barca. He's a quality player on his day.
