Jon the Hat Posted 24 February 2010 Posted 24 February 2010 I have no idea. It was only 59p and had a four and half star rating, so why not. This is the way to live. Isn't it? Hmm? Yes.
Daggers Posted 25 February 2010 Author Posted 25 February 2010 This is the way to live. Isn't it? Hmm? Yes. No Facebook groups, no iPhone apps? I wonder how you get from day to day, Jon.
Jon the Hat Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 No Facebook groups, no iPhone apps? I wonder how you get from day to day, Jon. It is difficult.
Monk Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 I know I am the ever sceptic, but I am starting to get sick of my iphone. It is just so conductive to OCD, not that I have it, but why do I need to check facebook on the move, or email for that matter? The keyboard irritates the hell out of me. I'm seriously tempted to go back to basics and get a shit phone that just allows texting and calls. I would miss the maps though...
Trav Le Bleu Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 I've got an app that lets me know when to breath in and out.
Guest Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 I've got an app that lets me know when to breath in and out. It's an easy thing to forget, the amount of times I've rolled into work blue in the face is ridiculous
Trav Le Bleu Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 I swear though... soon people won't be able to survive without apps.
Mee Posted 26 February 2010 Posted 26 February 2010 Not really an app but if you want to get tv on your iphone go on www.tvcatchup.com , sign up on your computer. Then go on the same site on ur iphone and sign in, then just add it to your home screen :] Theres TV on your iphone :]
Daggers Posted 26 February 2010 Author Posted 26 February 2010 I swear though... soon people won't be able to survive without apps. I won't believe that unless an app tells me.

Pretty much this actually.
Daggers Posted 26 February 2010 Author Posted 26 February 2010 I have most of those actually, but thanks Looking forward to the BBC version of iFooty if it ever comes out. Was announced early this month but, seeing as they are now implementing swinging cuts, app development may no longer be top of anyone's priority list.

Jon the Hat Posted 24 March 2010 Posted 24 March 2010 Finished Angry Birds, now trying to get 3 stars on each level, which is bloody hard.
James. Posted 24 March 2010 Posted 24 March 2010 I was told yesterday of the existence of an app where you blow into the microphone and you can play a tune using the keypad, like a Recorder or something but using an iPhone. Frankly, that sounds amazing.
Daggers Posted 24 March 2010 Author Posted 24 March 2010 I downloaded Angry Birds and was left feeling very let down. Despite the title, there are no shaven-headed, butch lesbians. I want a full refund.
broughtonblue Posted 27 October 2010 Posted 27 October 2010 Well these are getting a bit old now. What's your fav ones now. Got sky mobile, brill for £6 a month, angry birds n doodle jump obviously.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 27 October 2010 Posted 27 October 2010 I use Sky sports football centre alot whilst waiting at college alot. The news sections decent. I use Pingchat alot aswell.
Ozwin Posted 27 October 2010 Posted 27 October 2010 I download way too many games and never play them, they need to make more day to day use apps imo.
stix Posted 27 October 2010 Posted 27 October 2010 Im not convinced by Angry Birds, downloaded the demo and it didnt seem to great, Doodle Jump is still so addictive though. Anyone on here use Whatsapp messenger? I was told about whatsapp on holiday by the greek barman in my hotel. Really cool app that lets other whatsapp users text/mms & send vids for free. Vids take a while to send mind but really good app none the less.
