Budweiser Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 We know hardly anything, until we do it's a pointless topic.
Webbo Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 I didn't hear it via the web, this was at the game. Again, from someone who wouldn't joke about saying theres billionaire guests at the club. What will you do if they turn out to be the Rothschilds?
davieG Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 We know hardly anything, until we do it's a pointless topic. That could apply to most topics
MPH Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 oohya, i heard there were some billionaire guests at the Swabsea game from someone very reliable who doesn't joke around. Question is, why would A billionaire be at a city match? For one of the Pies?
MPH Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 I think it's unlikely. A rich Leicester City seems kind of absurd. :w00t: Just think of all the promising players from the 2nd and 1st division we could buy!!!!!!!!!! :w00t:
bluebeau Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 Right everybody, join in the chorus...........What a load of bollocks........What a load of bollocks!
Ashley Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 I would love for us to be taken over by Billionaires but I doubt it would happen.
Budweiser Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 Basically this thread should be called. "Fook off Millan"
Babylon Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 I didn't hear it via the web, this was at the game. Again, from someone who wouldn't joke about saying theres billionaire guests at the club. Who had probably read it the day before or heard it from someone who read it the day before.
Stevosevic Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 I did see an American in a suit, looking around at all the products etc.. in the club shop at around 11:30 on Saturday, and it wasn't Lee Hoos. Maybe this rumour does have some substance, who knows.

How did you know it was an American? Was America tattoed on his forehead or was he wearing the stars and stripes?
Tilley Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 How did you know it was an American? Was America tattoed on his forehead or was he wearing the stars and stripes? Maybe he heard him talk?
Stevosevic Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 How did you know it was an American? Was America tattoed on his forehead or was he wearing the stars and stripes? Americans talk with American accents don't though? If they do, he was American.
Guest Bilo Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 What will you do if they turn out to be the Rothschilds?
demon_dog Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 Americans talk with American accents don't though? If they do, he was American. Paul O'Grady talks with a Liverpool accent, yet the Yanks thought he was from Cuba. Not that I'm saying that people with American accents aren't from America, cos they probably are. Unless they were born here, then that makes them British doesn't it? You get Irish American, African American, what about English American. Sorry I'm rambling, * slap's oneself, shutup *
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 Are we sure someone didn't spot American's Bill and Nair? These are the pitcures I found when searching google (Mr Bill) (Mr Nair) I have it on high authority that both of these gentleman are friends of Milan being invited to watch the might Leicester City, but sadly they don't have a pot to piss in!
Ozwin Posted 12 August 2009 Posted 12 August 2009 I'll get excited when I hear something from a reputable source. I'm calling BS for the moment.

Strange.

Mickey O'Neil Posted 13 August 2009 Posted 13 August 2009 I don't know if I want this to be true or not I feel the club is the most stable we've been for a while now, don't know if this could upset things. The upside I suppose is, we may be able to beat off other clubs if they come sniffing around NP & Shakey. ****it, if there's any American billionaires reading this, there's an orange fella called Simon selling a club in London no less !! It's in SE25 6PU. You get to have dinner with the Queen and all sorts! Just think, you can tell all your friends you own a London soccer club! Go for it!

Yeah, what do we wana be attracting great players for, we've got Howard, Powell, Adams, Morrison, Gradel, the last thing we need right now is to be in a position to bring better players to the club
lou Posted 13 August 2009 Posted 13 August 2009 How the Hell did you get hold of my family snap???!!!
Nick Posted 13 August 2009 Posted 13 August 2009 The speculation surrounding these visitors I am led to believe is accurate. It would appear that Milan is looking for investors. This group of people were not just present on matchday - they stayed on for the Swansea game after talks during the week. That's all I am able to say.
