Corky Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Spurs 1-0 up, fantastic goal from Danny Rose on his PL debut.
Fox You Forest Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Good goal but the keeper should be doing better with the punch and attempted save.
sdb Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 I think judging by his sig/avatar, probably not. yeah i was being sarcastic! all he goes on about.
Edmund Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 What a goal It's already up on youtube as well : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZy3v_FWAHI
Joe. Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 What a fucking great goal, loved it when it went in. Arsenal knocking on the door without testing whatsoever, they need something fresh on the pitch. Walcott would be the obvious choice, but it'd be good to see if Van Persie can pull something out the bag if he's fit enough to get on the pitch at some point. I think he'll get half an hour or so if it's still level then.
dandannieldanok Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Wow that's a brilliant strike, on the volley too which makes it even more impressive.
Jimothy Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Reminds me of a goal by Muzzy at Filbert Street many years ago against Spurs. Muzzy's was better obviously
Fox You Forest Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Spurs back four plus Huddlestone have been brilliant.
AjcW Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 One of the best defensive displays I have seen in a long time. Never thought I would be saying that about spurs of all teams.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 14 April 2010 Posted 14 April 2010 Good to see my man Timmy bob up for a couple of goals. Had a mate at the Tottenham game lucky **** as the Rose goal was quality.
tartanowl Posted 15 April 2010 Posted 15 April 2010 Arsenal bottle it again. How much longer will they put up with not winning a trophy? Arsene's philosophy is good but it is not being successful for them.
purpleronnie Posted 15 April 2010 Posted 15 April 2010 Surely Michael Dawson has a good chance for an england call up?
sdb Posted 15 April 2010 Posted 15 April 2010 Arsenal bottle it again. How much longer will they put up with not winning a trophy? Arsene's philosophy is good but it is not being successful for them. Wenger is a genius and also clueless at the same time. Anyone can see with the addition of 3 quality players they'd walk this league. Chelsea are ageing and Utd are a one man team. Can't say i'm bothered though, their 'everyone's out to get us' stance has really bothered me the last few months
Guest ttfn Posted 15 April 2010 Posted 15 April 2010 http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_6095161,00.html What a fooking joke this is
Jimothy Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Wonder who this is. Not good whoever it is. Footballer 'paying protection money' 17-04-2010 The BBC's World of Football Programme has been told that an English Premier League footballer is being forced to pay protection money to a criminal gang. The footballer, who is based in London, is allegedly being threatened by gang members he grew up with and he is now paying over 90,000 dollars a year to stop them hurting him or his family. One gang member interviewed by the BBC said the gang had kept him safe in the past and now it was 'pay-back time'. He said if he received an order from a senior gang member to harm the player he would do as it would be preferable to getting hurt himself - though he added it wouldn't be something he wanted to do.
dandannieldanok Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Can't believe Man Utd aren't starting Nani, he's been in the best form he's ever been in. Oh well, come on City!
purpleronnie Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Well that 1st have was boring, I thought it was supposed to be a derby, blood and guts! Well things can only improve I guess.
FoxyPV Posted 17 April 2010 Posted 17 April 2010 Scholes rewards the new contract with a last minute goal. Pressure on Chelsea to beat Spurs tonight.
