purpleronnie Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 QPR fans are shocking I thought reading fans were bad, I don't get it.
Bryn Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 We're playing nice football at times here. In fact, it's an entertaining game.
ThurmastonFox Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 QPR fans are shocking I thought reading fans were bad, I don't get it. We don't sound great at home either...
iancognito Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Great performance. Unlucky to go behind, we've got every chance of winning the second half if we keep it tight.
sdb Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 We look really well drilled, and bar their 2 or 3 stars they seem mediocre - silly thing to say at h/t but i'm not predicting a positive result anyway unless we get someone staying in the holding position to nullify Taarabt (who's pissing me right off)
Guest Bilo Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Delighted with how we're going about this game. The bizarre switch to 4-5-1 aside, we've matched QPR everywhere and the move that led to Fryatt's equaliser epitomised what has been a very strong showing so far. Let's go far for what would be an eye-catching win for the rest of the Championship in the second half.
Jonezy Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Whauw, enjoyed that half. QPR are quality, but so are we. Also a big kudos to the ref, who has let a good game roll. That Taaraabt dude needs some attention, he looks class. Neilson is looking solid and provide width going forward.
Matt Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Very happy so far, We're matching QPR, If not slightly edging the match, I'm always worried and we look very vulnerable to the QPR counter attack, but as far as our performance goes very happy, Need to make the most of the chances we make though, we've made some great chances but haven't put them away.
dandannieldanok Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Excellent stuff all round, Wayne Brown has been a rock for us.
LoughboroughFox Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 did wanky parry say not many city fans travelled? tosspot! great turnout by the blue army!
Corky Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Much better than Monday night, we've been positive, not resorted to hoof ball and we deserve to be level at least. Brown's been superb.
Matt Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 did wanky parry say not many city fans travelled? tosspot! great turnout by the blue army! That's what I thought, We've got the whole of the lower tier behind the goal right? "But it's been an expensive week for the Leicester faithful"...Too right, No thanks to Sky! I think QPR need to turn the volume of their PA System down.
Corky Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 did wanky parry say not many city fans travelled? tosspot! great turnout by the blue army! It's a good turnout from what I've seen, the bottom tier looks full.
dandannieldanok Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Howard for Waghorn please Ugh no thanks, we're actually starting to play football without him.
MikeyT Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Cracking first half, some terrific football by both sides. Our goal was beautifully worked and great finishy by Fryatt. Bring on the second half. Great game.
Salieri Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Excellent first half performance, would have been very harsh to go into half time behind. Delighted we've gone there to have a go because sitting back against ths side would be suicidal. Got to stay 4-4-2 without a doubt. Hopefully Taraabt will suffer some freak half time accident because without him (plus Routledge looks a bit lively) they're not as fantastic as some would make out (the commentators ). Lets hope we don't do our usual of following a good half with a bad one. Impressed with every one of our starting eleven so far, nice to see Dany getting another crack, great cross by him for the equaliser. C'MON CITY!
Head Honcho Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 We're playing nice football at times here. In fact, it's an entertaining game. You sound surprised
Corky Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Howard for Waghorn please Waghorn's looked good. Howard's needed when we want to hit it long near the end if we chasing the game, or to hold it up.
Head Honcho Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Ugh no thanks, we're actually starting to play football without him.
SirBlueFoxington Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Howard for Waghorn please He's playing good. Hes holding up the ball very well, and one time it leaded to our goal. Unlucky with the first to be called offside tbh.
sdb Posted 30 October 2009 Posted 30 October 2009 Howard for Waghorn please no way. maybe if we go a goal up. i can't see what Howard will improve if he comes on.
