Jfox Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 we have played like that for a couple of games now just against lesser teams Brown was soooooo poor, as was berner (whose fault it was for earnshaw's 3rd) the midfield was awful waghorn was the only one who showed any bright spark weale was at fault for the 5th goal the first "penalty" was at least 2 yards inside the box, the 2nd was very soft changes: gallagher start up front with waghorn, n'guessan and dyer on winhgs with oakley and wellens in middle. drop brown for morrison because nicky maynard (bristol city) is very similar to earnshaw, he has pace which brown seems unable to defend against!

Dyer (I think) looked your most dangerous forward but he didn't really have anyone to give it to. Your front two couldn't get past Wes and Kelvin. I couldn't be certain if you had anyone in centre mid area, your full backs were terrible and at centre back neither of your lads got close to Earnie and Dex threw himself around well. For the record I thought the first penalty was in the area and should have been given. not suprising when everytime waghorn got near morgan he was knocked on to the floor. Then morgan slides in to clear the ball away and the ref gives a free kick to you despite waghorn doing nothing wrong. Absolutely appauling performance. They may have had the ref on their side but we didn't half make it easy for them.

Pearson would not see skin colour as an issue, purely their ability as a footballer. He has bought black players into the club, hardly the workings of a man who does not want to "encourage black players to shine at Leicester". We were always gonna get done on the wings by Anderson, etc, and I was hoping for a similar tactic to the QPR game with N'Guessan or Dyer playing to help Neilson and Berner out. It has been obvious for weeks now that this formation with no wingers isnt working. Everything gets done down the middle and leads to no where, with us then being very, vulnerable on the wings. Fryatt was shit AGAIN, he looked like he had just had breakfast at McDonalds down the road, and Brown and Hobbs seemed so scared of Earnshaw that they just backed off, allowing them to shoot. I could write mopre but I just can't be bothered to waste my time commenting on that disgraceful performance. My only highlight was getting a chant going at one point!

Come on Samuel you can't say that Pearson judges players on skin colour I'm sure he picks players on merit, it just happens to be that our black players aren't as good or in Pearsons plans for whatever reason. If Pearson was racist why did he use to play Maxi, Dyer, Gilbert and sign N'guessan. Bringing skin colour into it is just silly. It's obvious DJ is a bit of a hot headed character and doesn't see eye to eye with the management for reasons we will probably never know. Got to be up there with one of the funniest things I've read

It's exactly this sort of mentality that got us in the shit two seasons ago. We had a bad day, the first of its kind under Pearson. There are still many ways we can improve as a side but sacking the manager is definitely not one of them.

First thing I said should happen after that game, but then again with a game on Tues they prob would have anyway? As for NP not liking black players!? What a load of rubbish one look at my sig tells it all for me. Anyway bad day at the office in a very good season so far. Line under it, and onto the next game for me. Yes Fox92 it was all down to Weale we wouldnt have lost but for him and need a new keeper. Me and my Sons day was salvaged by seeing his best m8 doing the parade with his battalion at half-time, so proud.

Some people take the piss, they really do. 1 extremely abismal result, in NP's 18months at the club. We all knew at the start of the season, this year was going to be tough. And like i said last week, i'm not too arsed about the scoreline, im more bothered about it being to forest. Its the kick up the backside we all needed, and hopefully we can go on a good run of results. I believe that calling NP and calling for his sacking is extemely idiotic. The guys worked wonders with Leicester, when we were relegated in league 1 we needed a messiah to save us. He was there. And it is extremely stupid that people are wanting him out, when we are sitting 4TH in the championship. I would have taken mid table at the beginning of the season, we are exceeding my expectations, and the fact we lost by a 4 goal margin, doesn't bother me too much. We haven't spent too much. Well at least 1 good things that Waghorn is staying till the end of the season, Hopefully we will bounce back on Tuesday. Would also like to see Gallagher start UPFRONT. It seemed today that none of our players would shoot, and we've all seen Gally's goal at the Palace game, This guy isn't afraid to shoot, unlike 90% of the city team. And in response to the 'Black Players' bit, I have my trust that NP will bring the best players to the club, irrespective of their colour. Think again Pal. By the way - The lad who stood near me, X2 Row G in the 2nd half was a top Lad Great city support today guys, even when we were all over the place.

Fair enough, Forest were pretty damn good. But today, we were absolutely disgusting. No effort from anyone, some absolutely crazy tactics and substitutes from Pearson. I'm not normally one to criticise him, but he got it completely wrong today. Some of the goals we conceded were criminal. One that sticks in the mind is Earnshaw's third, where Brown didn't look interested in thinking about making a tackle. Bad day topped off by being in Z2, with about the only 20 leicester fans that sat all game....behind me...meaning I had to sit. Complete cnts. Raped. Absolutely raped.

Waghorn was the only player that looked like he gave a fook and he is the only player currently on loan at the club! They were so much better than us in every single area of the pitch. They were physically stronger and much faster than us and we were never in the game. I could moan all night about today but hopefully this will give us a massive kick up the arse.
