Finnegan Posted 7 September 2010 Author Posted 7 September 2010 He didnt mean everyone in England it was a flippant comment we all say them especially when we're angry. You have to admit just how many people here are complete tossers. Just go to almost any pub or a shitty mainstream club and half of the guys are just these big, loud, rude laddy tw**s. I have a German friend and she defines it perfectly, England has both the best people in the world and the worst. You should visit Tesco in Aberdare. It's not uniquely an English phenomena.
Narborough_fox Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 That is one of the worst tackles I have ever seen, Hutton is very very lucky not to have a broken leg.
Finnegan Posted 7 September 2010 Author Posted 7 September 2010 2139: Here's a stat for you. The attendance at Hampden Park is 37,050 - which is bigger than the entire population of Liechtenstein. lol

C-man Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 I'm not being funny but teams like Liechtenstein and Andorra should be banned from competition until they prove themselves to be fair. They're a disgrace. That tackle on Hutton was one of the worst I've ever seen.
Fox You Forest Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 Ref ain't got a clue in this Scotland game.
Corky Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 SWP is so frustrating- made a couple of good runs but his end product was woeful.
Narborough_fox Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 Scotland ain't got a clue in this Scotland game.

What so when a Frenchman violently headbutts an Italian that's fine but a passionately reckless challenge from someone whose team is a bit lower in the Fifa Rankings makes them unworthy of their place? We see shit teams kicking lumps out of good teams all the time, it's not unique to international minnows. Hello, Shawcross on Ramsey? ( Radio Scotland going nuts.)
z-layrex Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 I do agree, it was how you worded your first responce that got me Cool bro Scotland are hilarious! They need 7 mins of extra time to win haha.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 How many mins added on?! Jammy bastards.
Corky Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 Crucial result for Scotland, given that the Czech Republic lost at home.
Finnegan Posted 7 September 2010 Author Posted 7 September 2010 Bastards. 7 minutes?! Gutted for Lichenstein. Probably the biggest night in some of their lives. Didn't one of their best players used to be a reserve at Darlington?
Dames Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 During the World Cup of all time. I agree he is our best left back but totally out of order, and some people actually agree with that he says Its not that people agree but you can see where he's coming from. Only in England (And the US) are people of fame so scrutinized by the national press. Every move he makes is broadcast to the general public. Yes what he's done is out of order but its not for the general press to broadcast every single detail about his personal life and some of the people that judge him have probably done just as bad themselves at 1 point in their lives so yeah he's bound to be pissed off. Tie that in with the fact that a good 50% of the fanbase of the sport he plays have major racist tenancies (Do not try to deny it, everytime Heskey has played for England the words Useless and Nigger are the common most used words in pubs). So yeah he's gunna be a little disillusioned with the people in the country.
dandannieldanok Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 Crucial result for Scotland, given that the Czech Republic lost at home. It makes no difference what happened elsewhere, Scotland are piss-poor and are going to get nothing from this group. Nearly as poor as Wales.
purpleronnie Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 I don't know the czech result is a dream result for scotland.
MC Prussian Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 The Liechtenstein players must be fairly gutted by now. On track of beating Scotland, one of the motherlands of football, away and then conceding a 2-1 in injury time... 7 minutes of extra time when there were only five in total signalled for?
C-man Posted 7 September 2010 Posted 7 September 2010 What so when a Frenchman violently headbutts an Italian that's fine but a passionately reckless challenge from someone whose team is a bit lower in the Fifa Rankings makes them unworthy of their place? Hello, Shawcross blah blah blah Come on Finners, Zidane's incident was a one off based on unstable emotion. Liechtenstein and the likes have one game plan and that is to kick the fvck out of the opposition until they submit. That's not passion it's cynical and dangerous. As for the comparison to Shawcross... well that's just silly

As for the comparison to Shawcross... well that's just silly So that's why Andorra, San Marino, Luxembourg or Malta lose 3-0 or 4-0 on a more or less regular basis? If you play as badly as Scotland against a so-called minnow, there's no excuse for it. It's alleged "professional" footballers against part-timers, for Christ's sake. Some of them first-team starters for Luxembourg, for instance, work for insurance companies, bricklayers and the likes.
