But that's what you get for too much respect for England, not turning up for 35 minutes and getting your first shot on goal after 52. And that on home turf. The constant complaining didn't help much, either. Embarrassing from A to Z. King Ottmar has a lot to answer for. And, apart from Shaqiri and Benaglio, who had little means to prevent these three goals, with him the entire Swiss squad.

Hart looked shaky tonight but it's probably a one-off and not damaging at all. Two games, six points, seven goals, good start.

You have to admit just how many people here are complete tossers. Just go to almost any pub or a shitty mainstream club and half of the guys are just these big, loud, rude laddy tw**s. I have a German friend and she defines it perfectly, England has both the best people in the world and the worst.
