Ozwin Posted 18 May 2010 Posted 18 May 2010 Just wondering, was he at West Brom when Pearson was there? Might have a slight advantage over others (in this league at least) if they had a good relationship there.
poopbutt Posted 20 May 2010 Posted 20 May 2010 There is a not a chance in hell he will sign for us! I can't believe that West Brom have let him go!!! He was one of the key players there in my opinion. Maybe they have plans to spend and don't think he deserves to be a bench warmer. He will defiantly be in the premiership next season or are a relegated prem team. why is he defiant about it? because WBA released him?
Guest DavidJCW Posted 20 May 2010 Posted 20 May 2010 It'd be an excellent signing if we could get him in... however, with several other Premiership clubs sniffing around, I can't see it happening in all honesty...
foxfanazer Posted 23 May 2010 Posted 23 May 2010 Think he'd be an excellent signing. Should defo offload oakley and have a look at this guy. Think a prem club could swoop 4 him though
Dylan Posted 13 June 2010 Posted 13 June 2010 Would love to sign him. Any recent news on who's after him?
Ozwin Posted 13 June 2010 Posted 13 June 2010 Would love to sign him. Any recent news on who's after him? If they asked him he'd just respond with the generic 'I'm concentrating on the World Cup'
Guest Posted 13 June 2010 Posted 13 June 2010 Very unimpressive today - guess he's saving anything good for the England game. Even his goal was fortunate.

Koren is a brilliant player when he is happy and playing where he feels he should........... otherwise he can sulk and while not exactly disruptive can be a negative in the dressingroom. I reckon he will only stay in England if a club comes in for him that gives him assurances that he'll be a permanent starter and play centrally

Bugg Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 koren was absolute wank v usa It's a big step up from Championship to World Cup though isn't it?
Dan Posted 19 June 2010 Posted 19 June 2010 koren was absolute wank v usa But he was brilliant against a lot of Championship sides, and it's Championship sides we'll be playing, not World Cup.
Narborough_fox Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Wonder whats happening with Koren, still no-one has snapped him up. If I was sousa I would be in there as quickly as I could. That would be a fantastic free signing.

Narborough_fox Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Suprised someone like Fulham, Stoke or Birmingham haven't gone after him. Would be a good player for that sort of team.
Jimmy Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 with the money Birmingham have they can look at better players then Koren
Fox92 Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Maybe no club has signed him because his wage demands are to high? I heard that West Brom released him because he wanted more money... Good player at this level though.
Salieri Posted 18 July 2010 Posted 18 July 2010 Maybe no club has signed him because his wage demands are to high? I heard that West Brom released him because he wanted more money... Good player at this level though. Probably nobody has signed him yet because his agent is talking to loads of clubs trying to get the best wage for him (plus a wedge for his own pocket).
Clazie Posted 20 July 2010 Posted 20 July 2010 According to Daily Mail Blackpool are leading the chase, but they do mention us!
Bettsj2 Posted 21 July 2010 Posted 21 July 2010 SSN says hes in talks with Blackpool Let them have him. It says a lot when the only club that has ACTUALLY gone in for him is Blackpool. By the sounds of things Wellens, King and Gallagher could be the roaming midfiled 3 anyway so there may not be room for him.
