RIP Knowitall He decided to quit after taking a barrage of complaints/abuse because one of his 'hints' failed to materialise, people still don't seem to understand the notion that any 'insider info' is going to be subject to cancellation/delay. What people need to do is judge the source for what it is claimed to be and then give the source time to prove themselves. Bert, KIA and bnet on Bentleys have all proved reliable more often than not. They also need to recognise that the level of detail is dependant on the number of people that are likely to be in the know, it's all pretty logical if people would only use their brains

He said they "Read it on here and phone Leicester up for a quote", it doesn't say that they mentioned this site or who it came from. I doubt KIA can even be 100% sure they read it on here. As I keep pointing out Vital football is the site that takes KIA's info and publishes for the world to see, their news get picked up by news streams. If KIA gets in trouble he only has himself to blame, the club have been known to monitor forums so he knew he was taking a risk. The suggestion that the mercury should contact him is laughable IMO. I could have picked out loads of quotes but the reason that KIA stopped posting was because of a Mercury incident and subsequently threw his toys out of the pram not because people drove him away. Not for the first time if I remember. The quote above is from a moderator too and what he wrote is no different from what Rocky Dennis wrote. Seems strange that Babylon was not vilified in the same way as he has been. This is not a dig at Babylon either as I agree with what he wrote at the time. Just find it amusing that people did not have a go at him for that yet choose to pick up on another member voicing an opinion.

He's probably privy to some very sensitive information that he doesn't even hint at on here for that reason. I enjoy his hints and inside information. It's nice to hear some facts from those who are clued up regarding what goes on behind closed doors rather than just conjecture from us and spin from the club. I'm pretty sure 99% of members agree with that sentiment and want Bert to carry on doing what he's doing. If you don't like it, don't read it 1%ers.
