Shop in Syston is good for Tatoo's I'm told. Just a word of advice, watch how your tatooist spells Leicester. I know of someone who had LEICESTER CITY on there arm however it was spelt LEICSTER CITY.

The portrait work they do is amazing.

like this.

Ah tattoos. Oh how I do miss the buzz of the needle.

The last time I had one, many many years ago (about 4 hours after finishing a nightshift! - not a good idea! I nearly passed out in the first 5 mins!) the tattooists told me some amusing story of some dipshit who came in and asked for his bellend to be blackened.

The tattooist looked at him in shock, and then told him there was no way he was going to hold his todge in his hand for an hour and ink his helmet. To counteract this the customer's friend whipped out his and showed him that he had had his done.

Also he told me of a lady (I use the word loosely) who he was inking flames around her minge, who had a previous tattoo on the inside of her leg. It was a 12inch ruler.

Possibly going for one in Leicester tomorrow. Since this thread is oldish now, are there any new recommendations as to where to go to get our club badge?

I wouldn't be bothered by the club ever changing names/badges etc.

Wanting it on my back which will be risky thinking of the mayhem that normally goes on in our block when in we score! Ouch!

Link doesn't work though are you the one earlier in this thread with 'northern fox' above the badge? It looks good, though be interesting to see what it looks like now its a year or so old...

As for tomorrow, a win would put us 2 points off the playoffs, therefore guarenteeing a defeat

Yeah, that's me. I have kept it out of the sun so it looks pretty good but I don't know where to upload photos to now?,

I know what you mean about tomorrow, every time i either finish this season or get hope they go and get all contrary!!

Been wanting to get a small one of a Fox at the top of my arm for a while. Not sure it is worth the cost though. Also going into the teaching profession I would have to be careful to keep it covered, would be a pain really.

Really want to know what it feels like though,

If you want to know what it feels like just ask someone to tattoo you with no ink, simple. You get all the pain of a tattoo without the permanence.

I have tats and it never presented a problem, don't see why it would. Kids hardly notice and my ink was no one else's business.

Pain? If you flinch in fights and being pinched makes you cry then a tat is probably not for you - but then that would mark you out as a sweet bit of arse if you ever went to prison.

I've got a small tat on my upper chest, hurt a little at times but on the whole wasn't bad because it's on muscle.

I could feel when it really pressed down but I wouldn't think about the pain unless you're thinking of a massive sleeve or a chest piece or something. If you want it that bad once you've started you'll push through.

I've been thinking of getting simply the outline of the fox's head from the current logo and having it filled to remind me of Leicester as home. Simple and discreet but it would mean something to me.

Not positive yet though. Definitely going to get more done though once I'm back from the holiday I'm saving for.

On or near the bone hurts far more.

see that's the general consensus but one of my mates has the whole bottom half of his leg done and he said his hurt more on his calf than anywhere on his shin.

Only had it done last Thursday so still healing at the minute. Really hard to get a good picture because the flash just shines off the scabs but you get the jist.

And my old one on other leg
