StanSP Posted 23 January 2011 Posted 23 January 2011 Very good goal! Wondered about the celebration, is it only when you jump into the crowd that you get booked? Routledge gave plenty of them high-5's, but that must be okay i guess.. And it should be. Still, I'd like to know where the line is drawn. A hug that last longer than 3 seconds seems to be the line! Hand contact is legible.
sdb Posted 23 January 2011 Posted 23 January 2011 Yeah, I know what you mean, but as soon as you said that he was bound to stick one in the top corner In all fairness, most players opt to shoot if given the chance, you've gotta back yourself to score, and nobody complains about selfishness if you do. haha yeah i know, hence I put something at the end of my post to do with him scoring goals. I should've kept schtum.
Finchy Posted 23 January 2011 Posted 23 January 2011 A hug that last longer than 3 seconds seems to be the line! Hand contact is legible. Meanwhile how awkward was Bamba's hug with that lad yesterday.
Corky Posted 23 January 2011 Posted 23 January 2011 Forest look poised now, sadly. Derby in freefall, lovely.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 24 January 2011 Posted 24 January 2011 yes he's talented as i said in my original post but the number of times he's shot this half when there were several team mates in better positions, QPR could/should be 3 or 4 up. Playing alongside him would be like at primary school with the kids who don't know how to pass. http://www.101greatgoals.com/videodisplay/wayne-routledge-coventry-adel-taarabt-assist-8268679/ Yeah, the lad can't pass.
AjcW Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 Off to sit in the Bristol City end at the Shitty ground tonight. Can Not Wait!!
Simmo86 Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 Forest and Burnley winning. The Red Shite could get automatic!
sdb Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 results not going our way at the mo. can't see things changing...
Bugg Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 Not related to league but Ipswich have just conceded 2. I wanted them to get the final aswell.
RedHux Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 Doubt it. You're forgetting the 11th hour collapse of form culminating in an embarrassing display in the play off semi finals.
AjcW Posted 25 January 2011 Posted 25 January 2011 A few things I learned this evening. Bret Pitman is far to good For Bristol City. Lynch is a machine. And thank FUCK I dont actually support bristol city!!!
RedHux Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 Yea, supporting Brizzle would be a fairly thankless task right now. Lynch is our latest in a long line of stop gap left backs, mostly on account he can use his left foot. He seems to be doing ok though for now.
Corky Posted 26 January 2011 Posted 26 January 2011 Doubt it. You're forgetting the 11th hour collapse of form culminating in an embarrassing display in the play off semi finals. Unfortunately Billy Davies is right, there are no exceptional sides in this league. You've got the home record and games in hand to push on for the top two.

ScouseFox Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Kris Commons is currently having at medical at Celtic according to SSN.
RedHux Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 It's not. He's gone for free from his previous clubs and been good/ok/inconsistent/injured/ok/injured/gone missing *contract running out*=good again and then off for free.
Bugg Posted 27 January 2011 Posted 27 January 2011 Jimmy Bullard has gone on loan to Ipswich for the rest of the season
Wymsey Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Shame Bullard isnt having a good time at the moment with the injuries he has had as i rated him highly when at Fulham + West Ham.
StanSP Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Shame Bullard isnt having a good time at the moment with the injuries he has had as i rated him highly when at Fulham + West Ham. He's past it I reckon. 32 years old. Injury prone. Won't last a season for the rest of his career. I did love it though when he was at Wigan and there was a goalmouth scramble, and he just jumped right over the top

MC Prussian Posted 29 January 2011 Posted 29 January 2011 Millwall gone past by us with a 2-0 win over Barnsley. It's really getting tight around the playoff places...
