foss1884 Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 It may be cringeworthy and as the Cov fans say-quite desperate. But atleast it is rather different rhetoric from a football club than "be the 12th man" and "get behind the lads" that we get offered. Didn't Cardiff call upon their fans to turn their stadium into a hell-hole atmosphere in the play-offs? They are really building this baby up! http://www.gmkonline.com/?page=forum&forum_id=6&thread_id=14369
MikeyT Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Yes i'm sure the players wil be terrified at a full stadium
Wymsey Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Yes i'm sure the players wil be terrified at a full stadium Definitely
Austin Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Genuinely L O L'd .. fooking joke of a club. Unlike ours
Finnegan Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 I'd be terrified if I saw the Ricoh full. It'd be like an episode of Doctor Who or the fucking X Files.
foss1884 Posted 8 September 2010 Author Posted 8 September 2010 They have a better media machine than what we do! I love how Cov are building our numbers up. If anyone is rather scared-they are! I wonder how many Leicester fans will be hospitality? Perhaps they fear an invasion!!!
Bert Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 I wonder how much them people got paid to be smiling wearing a Cov shirt.
Wymsey Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Genuinely L O L'd .. fooking joke of a club. Unlike ours I thought our club was kinda joke considering the Fosse Boy thing, Milan's 3 year plan way off target, selling one of our best strikers to the sheep shaggers on loan........ But still we are a bigger club than them in terms of support unlike the 16,000 they get at every home game.
foss1884 Posted 8 September 2010 Author Posted 8 September 2010 I cannot imagine that Forest or Derby would reduce themselves to appeal for numbers to counter our away contingent. What i find bemusing is the fact that we have consistently taken large numbers to The Echo and yet this time there is mass panic and hysteria!
dandannieldanok Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Laughable......but LCFC will be doing something just as desperate when Forest, Derby and Cov home fixtures come up.
Toby or not Toby Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Haha they wont fill the Ricoh ever let alone Saturday.
Unabomber Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Tbh I would be rather petrified if I saw a full Ricoh on Saturday, I would think I have entered a warped time loop hole where for every one person 10 are created; and I would most likely faint as a result.
MC Prussian Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 If they can convince Rugby Town FC, Leamington FC, Nuneaton Town and Bedworth United fans to spare two hours at the Ricoh, it might actually work.
StanSP Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Laughable......but LCFC will be doing something just as desperate when Forest, Derby and Cov home fixtures come up. It won't come across as desperate and cheesy and tacky as that though.
Spiritwalker Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 There's more chance they'll scare their own side. Imagine coming down the tunnel and seeing those faces.
cityfan94 Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 I wonder how much them people got paid to be smiling wearing a Cov shirt. id rather go on a date with gok wan LMAO!!!!
Tommeh Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Pretty small time, not quite as cringeworthy as our idea of "Cov hating" or the support we'll take over there however.
Guest Bilo Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Literally the most embarrassing advert in Championship history. This will become even more so when 20,000 stumble through the turnstiles and that far corner is still being used as an advertising hoarding.
C-man Posted 8 September 2010 Posted 8 September 2010 Fvck, we're gonna get mauled by the Tigers next.
