1964FOX Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Can't belive we are losing to this shit, no luck whAt so ever shoujd have been a foul before their goal and we should have had a penalty. We are by far the better side, our luck has to change at some point
Edmund Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Edmund and ttfn get 'disabled of the half' award for asking for Sousa's head.... How on earth this is Sousa's fault is beyond me. We've had possession, attempts on target, excellent play and should be at least one or two up, had it not been for Golden Boy Fryatt managing to miss. Sousa's style has brought us all these chances - pass and move around the middle before the quick balls down the channel. It can't be his fault if our strikers can't finish relatively straightforward chances. Anyone calling for a sacking is a fooking idiot on our excellent performance so far. Meh. I've never been confident under Sousa since day one. The man hasn't a clue. Our club hasn't been this unsettled since the relegation days, on and off the field. Passing means shit. We reached the play offs with a well organised and solid unit last season. This isn't la liga or seria a this is the championship. It's the same old silly excuses every game. We've been unlucky, Our luck will come. Mon had a shit start. Bollocks to that. The only disabled is yourself for having an insufficient footballing brain to see that we are snowballing hard under Sousa.
Fosse Boy Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Can't belive we are losing to this shit, no luck whAt so ever shoujd have been a foul before their goal and we should have had a penalty. We are by far the better side, our luck has to change at some point Right. This is the opinion of someone at the match. Can we settle on this please?
Father Ted Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Well that defence was broken because Wayne Brown left, and we're still trying to find another suitable partner for Hobbs. So why didn't he play Morrison there? Why did he buy Moreno to play there? We need a left-footed centre-back, I don't think Vitor is left-footed. I have the feeling that Sousa did no research whatsoever on the squad we already had. But anyway, COME ON LEICESTER!
Babylon Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 If you can't see the impending descent of sh*t creek before us, then fine, keep him. >_> So you think we should sack any manager who has a bad start? With your attitude we would never of had the O'Neil years. And many other teams would have missed out on good times. If you think anyone is sitting here enjoying our start then you aren't very smart. Every manager deserves a fair crack of the whip though, that's not a few games In my book. Especially when we have actually been the best team in half the games.
FrankieADZ Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 1-3 you'll see. KIng Dyer and Waghorn. you better be right or else i hope ur right
Ozwin Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 So we're playing well but losing? ****ing balls, I don't want to be one of those sides. I'd rather play **** and win.
Dylan Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 And we may have had all the possession but at the end of the day NOTHING has come of it. We need a result today, not just a performance.
Stig the Lawnmower Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Ridiculous. Grab your coat Sousa. we've dominated the match, the faults not with Sousa, it's our inept strikers. glaring miss by Fryatt?? you all wanted him to stay, he's not good enough at this level to be our no 1 striker
MC Prussian Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 All this fancy passing game and tons of possession and nothing coming out of it. Coventry non-existent for all of the first half. Even Coventry fans must ask themselves how on earth they managed to score. One cross, one goal. Very harsh on us, very lucky lead for the home side. Sousa's tactics will take a long time to get used to. And it needs to get much more effective. On the positive side: Very bright start, great support.
Babylon Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 So why didn't he play Morrison there? Why did he buy Moreno to play there? We need a left-footed centre-back, I don't think Vitor is left-footed. I have the feeling that Sousa did no research whatsoever on the squad we already had. But anyway, COME ON LEICESTER! He did play Morrison... Have for forgotten the palace first half?
Dylan Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Here we go 2nd half. Couple of dodgy penalties for us would do
ScouseFox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 So why didn't he play Morrison there? Why did he buy Moreno to play there? We need a left-footed centre-back, I don't think Vitor is left-footed. I have the feeling that Sousa did no research whatsoever on the squad we already had. But anyway, COME ON LEICESTER! Well Sousa's still trying to find Hobbs a partner, as Morro didn't work against Palace, Moreno isn't a defender & Vitor's injured. Hence the signing of Zayatte, who I assume will be partnering Hobbs when he's able to play. But as you've said, C'MON LEICESTER, still a half to play
Edmund Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 It's the whole package though Babylon. Not just the dreadful start but the dressing room discontent, players wanting out and so on. You only have to listen to his interviews to realise how much shite he spouts.
FrankieADZ Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Sounds like we are still getting the Donkey Refree's I can't remember when we had a good 1
J.Lisemore Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 We may aswel be playing all night, it'll still be 1-0.
foxoffderby Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Meh. I've never been confident under Sousa since day one. The man hasn't a clue. The only disabled is yourself for having an insufficient footballing brain to see that we are snowballing hard under Sousa. I have to agree with all your comments above. I hope we sort it second half but I've heard enough of Sousa's excuses. All the team spirit we had last season has gone down the shitter. Im not calling for his head YET. However, im not impressed with his moves in the transfer market and the unrest amongst players like King, Fryatt and Hobbs etc. Not a fan of Sousa
Chairman of the Bored Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Let's all achieve a Zen like state. The power of positive thinking. We will score; we will score. Repeat after me.....
Jonezy Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 KOM NU FOR HELVEDE LEICESTER!!!!!! Come on, we can do this shit!
jmono84 Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I very rarely post on here but I always read what's said! I've been listening to the game like I normally do and I would just like to say we can't blame Sousa for us not scoring!! I must have heard us being in a decent scoring position about 5 times and we have consistantly had possesion and purely dominating the game!! We can't blame the manager for us not scoring, he has picked a great team and has asked them to play attacking football away from home and I can't believe we haven't scored. I just hope we can get the goal we all know we deserve! Come on City!!!
jamesmilner Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 they played bad 1st half and came in 1-0 up, they cant play that bad 2nd half so we need a few more men on the pitch and not boys . sousa needs to change it as we arent cutting it are we , playing well and cutting it are different .
yag101 Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 I just don't get it. On my FM, I got Fryatt to bang in 40 odd league goals! He's not been the same at all since his jaw last season.
Babylon Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 It's the whole package though Babylon. Not just the dreadful start but the dressing room discontent, players wanting out and so on. You only have to listen to his interviews to realise how much shite he spouts. I know I can see all of that, but calling for his head is going to do nothing but add to the negativity and nerves. The board ain't gonna sack him yet, they will give him a fair chance to sort it out so I'd rather just try and back the team than moan about it... For the moment.
Madrid_Fox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 Im left scratching my head. We are utterly dominant. We have played all the football yet we are losing the game. I remeber Forest last year who started the season poorly in terms of results but they were playing well. We need a bit of luck, and then we will fly up the table.
ousefox Posted 11 September 2010 Posted 11 September 2010 God i hate not being able to listen to the games Can't believe we've done nothing from our many many corners this season so far.
