Albums you haven't listened to for ages but then when you do listen to them you wonder why you didn't listen to them for ages

The bassists thread has forced me to go and find my Dali's car vinyl.

Found London 0 Hull 4 vinyl in a charity shop last week. Forgot how good it is when I got home and played it. Much better than their second album.

Butterfly Caught, Special Cases and Antistar the standout tracks for me.

If you can move away away from the overplayed, but still really good Massive Attack stuff, they’re a feast for your ears. Risingson still my ultimate MA track though.

I genuinely forgot how much I like this album. I’ve been hammering Mezzanine for years and this took a back seat.

Well didn’t expect to find this.

I saw these at the Charlotte then wore I polka dot dress to see them at Glastonbury. 🥳

I'd kind of fallen out of love with the cure, but I found Standing on a Beach (Singles compilation from early days) in a charity shop whilst on holiday and listening to that made me realise I really love their early, gothier, stuff. So I bought this, remastered version. Stunning!

So right now, as I type I'm listening to...

I'm sorry Robert Smith, I'll never forsake you again!
