Not a fan of anything they did after Mothers Milk but this is probably my favourite album by them. Gave all the early albums a listen over the summer

I only like the later stuff myself (by the way and californication being my faves), although I haven't listened to the early stuff for song long that maybe I should check them out again.

Blur are/were good at reinventing. No album sounds the same. It's why I prefer listening to them over Oasis.

My only criticism is that I found them to be too chameleon. Of course no one wants to listen to the same record being churned out for 20 years, but they don't really have a sound that you'd associate with them. I must admit I much prefer their heavier and more melancholic stuff to their britpop days. Beetlebum in particular is a great song.
