MC Prussian Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Competition for places will have a positive impact on Fryatt. For too long, he was our "Number One" option, not having to fear for a starting spot. He'll have to put in some extra shifts and he'll undoubtedly come back stronger. Here's to hope.
The Doctor Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 112 games divided by 23 goals = a ratio of 1:5. you're counting substitute apperances as full matches though - comibine time from all sub apperances together and you get 95 matches played, not 112. You've also managed to mis-count the number of goals he scored.
Tilley Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Fryatt ain't getting a sniff when Big Daddy V arrives in town.
Libertine Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Fryatt ain't getting a sniff when Big Daddy V arrives in town. Despite him being so unfit?
MPH Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 im confident fryatt will bag on saturday, got a real point to prove to Sven. thats if he plays of course. We have won 2 and drawn 1 for his 3 games out. Would be a little harsh to put him straight back in the side. Having said that under the right coaching he could explode. Place on the bench maybe..
Houdini Logic Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I wish I had so little in my life that I could have such an issue with one player
Fox88 Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 From what i heard last night we should've won 4/5-0. It would be harsh perhaps but it also might be a kick up the arse for others to put fryatt back in for the Swansea game. I've always rated him and i'm maybe a little biased but he looks dangerous whenever he's in the box
Adster Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 honda just sits in his armchair all day argueing about a specific player
CheshireFox Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 honda just sits in his armchair all day argueing about a specific player i also observe that he is noticably absent when we have a good result.
Simo86 Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 If the current strikers fail to put their chances away i.e. Waghorn and Gallagher against Leeds, Fryatt will be given his chance to stake a claim for a consistent run in the team!
Houdini Logic Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 God I'm bored of this Fryatt argument. You managed to find an argument?
Petchy Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I'm well happy thank you. Just puzzled as to why people would want to bring back a player who has contributed nothing while we have garnered 7 points and been unbeaten in 3 games, while said player was suspended for being a petulant twat. Better players to come in, Sven will take us away from the dross of days gone by. There is no us. We're not associated with you. We're Leicester fans, not moaning old gits with a little too much time on our hands and heavily dependant on a wank ba... sorry, I mean Stat bank.
Babylon Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 You managed to find an argument? If I was looking for an argument i'd of said I think Fryatt is over rated and too inconsistent.
Christoph Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I'd rather have fryatt upfront than gallagher tbh
MrSpaM Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I reckon if Fryatt was playing instead of Gallagher last night against leeds, he could have bagged a hat-trick. Got a feeling it'l be Fryatt and Waghorn up front now, with big steve as super sub if needed.
Stig the Lawnmower Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I keep changing my mind about Fryatt. when I think he's crap he comes up with a goal or two. maybe Sven will sort him out. It would be good to se him get a couple of games under Svens guidance to see how he goes. He's definately got something, lets give him a chance
