Lillehamring Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 hope this doesn't exist elsewhere.... weale naughton - davies - hobbs - bernermoussa - oakley - king - wellens - dyerwaghorn assuming dyers back, and based on the formation sven put out last night if no dyer i'd go 442 oakley - king - wellens - moussa fryatt - waghorn either way, bringing Abe & howard on at the end
caz05 Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Weale Naughton davies hobbs berner oakley king wellens moussa/dyer fryatt howard
Father Ted Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 It's got to be the same that started last night, including Gallagher. Use Howard and Dyer (if he's fit) as impact subs.
Uncle Monty Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 It's got to be the same that started last night, including Gallagher. Use Howard and Dyer (if he's fit) as impact subs. Dyer as an impact sub
Finnegan Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Same team but with Dyer in for Gally if fit. Give Abe half hour in the middle for Oakley or Wellens if possible and appropriate.
Austin Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Same team but with Dyer in for Gally if fit. Give Abe half hour in the middle for Oakley or Wellens if possible and appropriate. This. Definitely go with that!
stix Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies Berner Moussa King Wellens Dyer Waghorn Fryatt
Leicester_Loyal Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Same team but with Dyer in for Gally if fit. Give Abe half hour in the middle for Oakley or Wellens if possible and appropriate. Agreed.
MattyFromLE Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Weale Naughton Hobbs Davies Berner Moussa King Wellens Dyer Waghorn Fryatt Spot on!
Tilley Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Dyer in for Gallagher if he's fit, if not don't change a winning side.
MPH Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Not going to pick a side yet as its very possible we will have another sigining or two berfore the game
Tilley Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Good point MPH, hopefully we have a winger and some firepower up front.
Bert Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I'm guessing all the people leaving out Oakley and keeping Gallagher in didn't go last night? If anyone has to be dropped it should be Gally on last nights performance, go in the player ratings thread, everyone said Oakley had a cracking game. Keep the same team that started and see how it goes.

Keep the same team that started and see how it goes. agreed Oakley although quiet was mainly just sitting and allowing Wellens and King to go and play, Gally was awful I'd be tempted to start Jorrin John if Dyer still isn't fit as Gally just doesn't look with it, but changing a winning team is always a risk so Gally will probably play
Corky Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Weale Naughton Davies Hobbs Berner Moussa Oakley King Wellens Dyer Waghorn
scatdoctor Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Waghorn unfortunately looks lost when playing up front on his own. Drop gallagher for fryatt I'd say.
Fox88 Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Unfortunatley I've only been able to get to one game this season and that was under sousa against cardiff. but i liked seeing dyer and waghorn playing as wing forwards. they were cutting in and cracking off good shots all night. replace howard from that game with the opportunist instincts of fryatt and i think against a team like swansea we'll make progress. I havent been able to see the way they've played under sven apart from highlights and from listening to the radio so i'm happy to say i'm wrong. but swansea dont seem to leak goals at home (only one so far this season i think) so i think you have to press them that way rather than the traditional 2 up front

Keep the same team that started and see how it goes. no one has suggested that, bert... the only instances of oakley missing out are if we go 442, in that formation it would be madness not to pick dyer (if fit) and moussa - leaving two from three centre mids, i think everyone has dropped gally.
Wymsey Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Do you think Sven will let Moreno have a chance playing?

CheshireFox Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 i still have faith in the lad. me too, think he just needs to settle. mind you, if he doesnt score at the weekend and has as many poor shots i may start to change my mind and think he would be better back on the bench for a bit.
Bert Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 I think we're going to see 4-4-2 at home, with 4-5-1 away from home. Why should lloyd walk straight back into the team, especially after being injured? (Big fan of his btw) Fair enough Oakley may not always play very well, but he was quality last nite, and set the goal up on saturday. On the past two performances, it would be 'madness' to drop Oakley.
muzzy1981 Posted 20 October 2010 Posted 20 October 2010 Simple for me straight swap, Fryatt for Gally. Need to give Matty a go under Sven. Hasn't got long to impose himself though with Vassell and possibly more signings plus Howard knocking the door. Be interesting to see the formation he will play against Swansea, sure the research has been done to choose a formula to get dem beat!
