Webbo Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Hmmm - a very interesting discussion point, well thought out and constructed and added so much to the thread. Or perhaps not - more an I've got no argument or anything to add so let's just close the thread because I cant get involved so no-one else should. Or. We've dropped down the table because we've not had a game today so wtf are you going on about.
Jordan Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Leicester City=18 GP 20 Championship teams=19 GP Discuss. No, actually, don't discuss; spare yourselves the headaches.
crazylegs1984 Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Oh my good god!!! , are you serious honestly you've started a thread about being 2 points away from relagation and asking if we've improved have you looked at stats have you listened/watched/read/wanked over our last games the proofs in the pudding and for me and I'm sure many others on this forum we have defiantly improved our performances/squad/morale since sven took over . Please please please take a hard look at yourself before posting absolute dribble !!!
phildw Posted 27 November 2010 Author Posted 27 November 2010 Or. We've dropped down the table because we've not had a game today so wtf are you going on about. Oh I think it's catching!! Another intelligent addition to the thread. Perhaps you'd be a little more at home on the X Factor forum for the next couple of hours. So back on track - game in hand Or not - 2 points from league 1 and nearly half season gone. Sensible views on the next 5 to 6 games please? We need at least 5 wins or 4 wins and a draw minimum inny view. No timewasters - if you haven't got anything to contribute then it's simple don't - please don't come comment to get your name on the thread ala Webbo and friend.

Your original point was put to bed by the form tables. But then you come back with some crap about only being as good as your last game, in which case Derby, Swansea and Cardiff will be booking their league one tickets. Oh and by the way, Bristol City the "worst team in the league" were also joint third in form over the last 8 games, after today they are probably higher. I've got plenty to add (and already had done) but when you're talking to a plank if wood it becomes rather pointless.

It may be sounded a little different to you on the radio.

All the replies you're getting irate about are in response to your original question which was "Are we really improving?? Discuss " people have proved that yes we are without doubt improving but when you're starting from a very low point like bottom then it takes some time to climb the table. Your back on track is a new question.
bald reynard Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 If we win our game in hand (and it's at home, so we should), 4 points away from the play-off positions !!
crazylegs1984 Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 getting slated and you go back to old favourite of your a arm chair fan !! Is that all you have to come back at me at good move but obviously your a cock I'm not saying we have played like real madrid all I was saying the stats don't lie and we have most defiantly improved so while your sitting there being a keyboard warrior and enjoying all this attention tugging away on your man hood get a kleeneze and wipe away your tears and whatever other liquids you may of just spilled all over your keyboard and think about what your typing shhhhhhh!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Of course we are improving. People have already posted the stats and the form tables to prove it. Could quite easily beat Fores then Watford and be a ponit or two off the PO's.

Leicfox Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 2 points from relegation zone Pessimist.. 5 points off the play-offs Optimist
Father Ted Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Are we really improving?? Discuss No, we haven't improved, we've still got Robbie Neilson in defence!
Daggers Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Are we really improving?? Discuss I'm concerned we may not earn any points between now and the end of the season. Are we really communicating? Discuss.
Salieri Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 First nine games- 1 win, 2 draws, 6 defeats Next nine games- 5 wins, 2 draws, 2 defeats No, we're going backwards. This. Why is the thread still open? Plus the fact we've added Kirkland and Bednar since the last game, it's all good. :sge:
hackneyfox Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Our goal difference puts us exactly where we are now. And that goal difference is a lot better than it was. We are clearly a better team than we were and we may now start to see more goals scored. Onwards and upwards, in general. You're only as good as your last game is one of the daftest things ever.
