artursteppe Posted 20 January 2011 Posted 20 January 2011 This guy has the potential to be alot better than Fryatt IMO. I love it. Someone who thinks that a striker ( Yukubu ), with a proven track record at International, Premiership and Championship levels has the potential to be better than Fryatt.

I don't quite get where your coming from, are we talking about Yakubu or Austin?
artursteppe Posted 20 January 2011 Posted 20 January 2011 I don't quite get where your coming from, are we talking about Yakubu or Austin? My mistake dude. I agree Austin at 21 is so far proving better than Fryatt was at the same age, therefore although a risk it could be well worth it.

Seeing as money isn't really a problem nowadays, it would be well worth a gamble in my eyes
LCFC_15 Posted 20 January 2011 Posted 20 January 2011 Craig Westcarr - 25 years old - Notts County - Winger/Second ST Charlie Austin - 21 years old - Swindon Town - ST Jordan Rhodes - 20 years old - Huddersfield Town - ST All will be good enough for the championship - constant goalscorers What do you reckon people? Who do you think will be best for LCFC?

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Does Giles Barnes get regular game time at West Brom?
lcfcnoely Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Pascal chimbonda, just been realeased by blackburn
tetly Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Darren ambrose, good winger just what we need. Emile heskey, bring him home do a good job Curtis Davis. Would do a good job if it was perm And a good keeper Joe Lewis or the huddelsfield keeper. I would like a central midfielder big and strong athletic type
Edmund Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 El Hadji Diouf's available on a free transfer. He'd rip this division apart.
Criggers Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12874_6681252,00.html Pascal Chimbonda, ok he's 31 but as it says in the article he can play anywhere in back 4.
Darkon84 Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 El Hadji Diouf's available on a free transfer. He'd rip this division apart. but do you really want such a CVNT ruining the squad harmony etc
Edmund Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Diouf's a character. Something which the game lacks. Maybe I'm wrong but I've not read anything to suggest that he's ruined squad harmony anywhere he's been. He's another Savage, the opposition fans hate him but loved by his own. And to boot, he's still a top class player. Looks like he's on his way to West Ham anyway. Getting him on a free is a fantastic deal.

Yeah il agre that on his day, he is class, but for me personally, i dont want the type of player that spits in peoples faces or takes the piss out of someone thats lying on the floor with a double leg break. just my opinion though.
CosbehFox Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Diouf's a character. Something which the game lacks. There's character and charisma and then there's downright respectful. He's certainly in the latter.
SeCrEt FoX Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Benni Mccarthy? Wheres he at now? Sol Camball so we got two Sol's and Di Natale in midfield awsome player
Nunny Fox Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Benni Mccarthy? Wheres he at now? Sol Camball so we got two Sol's and Di Natale in midfield awsome player Benni McCarthy has a trial at QPR i think. Chimbonda looks like he is on his way there as well.
Bugg Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 He's a regular starter for Udinese, why would he even think about coming here?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Diouf's a character. Something which the game lacks. Yeah! What a great character! Maybe not. Definitely not. Horrific, petulant, spitting ****, certainly.
Edmund Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 He'd still rip this division apart. Players have broken other players legs yet people are moaning about a couple of spitting incidents.
conradno1 Posted 21 January 2011 Posted 21 January 2011 Yeah! What a great character! Maybe not. Definitely not. Horrific, petulant, spitting ****, certainly. i would rather see dennis wise back in a leicester shirt(rather is a big word their)
