harryboi72 Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 using bbc predictor i got: 1.QPR 89 points 2. Norwich 88 points 3. Cardiff 87 points 4. Leicester 86 points 5. Leeds 86 points 6. Forest 85 points if that happens then i will be impressed relegation is: 22. Bristol City 40 points 23.S****horpe 28 points 24.Preston 25 points
ScouseFox Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 1. QPR 2. Cardiff ------------ 3. Swansea 4. Forest 5. Leeds 6. Norwich ------------ 7. Leicester ---------------- 22. Derby 23. S****horpe 24. Preston
sdb Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 7th or 8th I think. Top 3 is impossible in reality for me.
teblin Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 using bbc predictor i got: 1.QPR 89 points 2. Norwich 88 points 3. Cardiff 87 points 4. Leicester 86 points 5. Leeds 86 points 6. Forest 85 points if that happens then i will be impressed relegation is: 22. Bristol City 40 points 23.S****horpe 28 points 24.Preston 25 points Pretty hghi points totals there and preston will only get 4 more points out of 15 games?
MikeyT Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 1 QPR 46 +37 84 2 Leicester 46 +19 83 3 Cardiff 46 +19 83 4 Swansea 46 +15 77 5 Norwich 46 +14 77 6 Nott'm Forest 46 +18 76 I'd be happy with that
Marmite Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 P GD PTS 1. Leicester 46 28 86 2. Leeds 46 26 86 3. Cardiff 46 26 86 This is what I came up with, what would happen between Leeds and Cardiff, who would go up
harryboi72 Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 Pretty hghi points totals there and preston will only get 4 more points out of 15 games? yh i know cudnt believe it but thats what my predictions came up with 9 points seperate 1st and 10th in the final table
Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_1/predictor/default.stm I was wondering when this would make an appearance! I have (and this is such a long way out it makes little meaning) 1. QPR - 97 pts 2. Forest - 91 pts 3. Cardiff - 90 pts 4. Swansea - 85 pts 5. Leeds - 84 pts 6. Leicester - 81 pts GD 22 7. Norwich - 81 pts GD 18 8. Hull - 75 pts So we sneak it on goal difference. So that's 33 pts from a possible 45 To give that some perspective, we've got 30 pts from our previous possible 45 (all under Sven)
VinceNoir Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 Haha, I don't reckon Preston will only get 4 points! Come the end of the season, the likes of Preston and S****horpe may well beat Cardiff, QPR, Forest, Leicester etc. if any of them crumble under pressure. This league is so unpredictable.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 POS TEAM GD POINTS 1 QPR 39 88 2 FOREST 30 87 3 SWANSEA 26 87 4 CARDIFF 30 85 5 LCFC 21 83 6 NORWICH17 77 RELEGATED 22 PALACE -35 41 23 SCUNNY -39 38 24 PRESTON -41 38 Means we have Cardiff again if it comes right.
Guest ttfn Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 I did this earlier and it's easy to give too many points to the teams challenging at the top of the league. As others have pointed out, we are now on the same points as we were at this stage last season, and ultimately we finished 5th with about 75 points. There won't be teams missing out with more than 75 points, and likewise the team finishing 3rd won't get more than about 80. 75 should be the play-off target. 27 points from 15 games. Bring it on.
Matt Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 P GD PTS 1. Leicester 46 28 86 2. Leeds 46 26 86 3. Cardiff 46 26 86 This is what I came up with, what would happen between Leeds and Cardiff, who would go up It would be based on the results against each other I think. Not that that's going to happen anyway.
trugerkem Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 yikes we finished 7th couldnt bear that after this run we are having
ithuriel Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 we need to continue our run and hope one or two of the teams above us crumble, it is that simple, if they keep their runs going we will not get in.
Matt Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 we need to continue our run and hope one or two of the teams above us crumble, it is that simple, if they keep their runs going we will not get in. Arguably we could, We have Cardiff, QPR, Norwich, Forest and Watford left to play, if we keep winning which means beating those teams it'll mean those teams dropping points and us gaining points, that along with I would guess a few atleast of those teams will be playing each other meaning someone's got to drop points. I know it's unlikely but all we can do is focus on our games, winning our games, other than that we can't do anything, if we win our games we've done out bit and shouldn't need to worry about other teams crumbling.
Edmund Posted 13 February 2011 Posted 13 February 2011 A win on Friday night will put more pressure on the play off pack. For too long they've had a small cushion.
