Fans leaving before the final whistle

i really cant understand how fans can leave early from a match like yesterday. where i was sitting in G2 loads of supporters left towards the end, so missing the celebrations after waggys late winner. perhaps if we are 2 or 3 goals up or likewise being well beaten then possibly, but not a match like yesterdays. :dunno:

Beat the traffic

That doesn't cut it with me anymore. I left early one time. I believe it was Villa in the cup, Villa looked like they were closing it out so my dad wanted to get off early, I agreed so we left. Literally the second the dorrs shut behind us, the crowd roared and we missed extra time. Lesson learned, anything can happen at the end!

I walked down the stairs at 89 mins from the back row of sk4 as my mates got a dodgy knee and didnt wanna stand on the stairs for 15 mins at the end.

We sat in seats near the exit and saw waggys awesome goal and stayed for the final whistle. Your thoughts on this?

We have fans leaving early, we have fans chanting to get their own players off the pitch, we have fans chanting against their own compadres, Fryatt scores, Logan keep clean sheets - The club are a wreck and should be abandoned ASAP.....

Go rats go.... :frusty:

Yeah best thing to do is walk down to the bottom of the stairs on 90, wait for full time then you beat the crownds and see all the action...would never miss the last 5 minutes..that's usually when something happens with leicester!

Only ever left early once.

Was when we were in the Premiership. The 4-0 win against Leeds, where Nalis got his wonder-goal :D.

Left on 86, and missed the 4th.. but still got to see Nalis' amazing volley and 2 sweet finishes from Dickov!

i dont leave early on the rare visit i make to the walkers,i have an 80 mile trip so a few minutes wont help much.i remember us scoring 2 against Bristol Rovers in our div 1 season in injury time.

I also wonder how many left early yesterday and missed the goal, as well as missing Andy Kings goal on the stroke of half time last week,a few near me missed that.Serves them right.

I wait on the stairs at V47 in extra time so i watch late goals and beat the traffic :-P genious much?

And that's why your the ultimate winner

Went 2 mins early yesterday so I could catch the 10 o clock bus but ended up missing it and having to wait till 11 anyway.

Leicester public transport = shit.

Don't get me started, having recently moved back out into the sticks I have to wait at least 20-25 mins for an "every 15 mins" bus service.

Left 5-1 Forest game about 5 mins early, and even then I wanted to stay, it was me mates who wanted to chuff off and I didn't fancy being left on my own much.

Edit: cant say fcuk !

It never ceases to amaze me why people leave early, especially if we're winning or pushing for a winner as we were last night.

The moments people must have missed over the years should have taught them how daft it is to leave early.

Some of the most mental celebrations I've ever been a part of have been thanks to last minute goals that these people would have missed. Crazy.
