Shipman Out Posted 24 February 2011 Posted 24 February 2011 Andy King has been linked to Everton in today Daily Mail. I'm on iPhone can't do linkage http://buzztap.com/-WUwpQA maybe this is it maybe it isnt (an impressive post I'm sure you'll agree)

StanSP Posted 24 February 2011 Posted 24 February 2011 Everton can't afford anyone right now. They get linked with a lot of players. They were linked with more than half the Marseille squad from last night in January and summer. Saying that though, I'll be happy when King comes out and says he's staying.
Bob Farley Posted 24 February 2011 Posted 24 February 2011 I wouldn't bother, he wants to play in the premier league next season
The Padster Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 Good Lord, I can't wait until the morning when this thread gets picked up. Unless they offer silly money (real silly) Sven n the Thais ain't gonna let him go.
Guest Bilo Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 Silly money only, silly money that Everton don't have. If we do get promoted, it's almost certainly off the cards.
ajthefox Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 Not even bothering to read it, even if they do want him we'd be stupid to sell, and besides, we don't even need the money.
Narborough_fox Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 I wouldn't worry yourselves to much about this. Aww, Bert.
Collymore Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 I wouldn't worry yourselves to much about this. so worry a bit then
Bert Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 so worry a bit then You can worry all you want, that's your choice. The point i was trying to make was it could well happen, but i'd be very surprised if it does.
Shipman Out Posted 25 February 2011 Author Posted 25 February 2011 I don't think he will go everything he has said tells me he wants to stay, he loves playing week in week out a lot of people he grew up with havnt broke through yet and look at him. Cahill would use all his space anyway. The test comes when money is on the table
Stevosevic Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 I get the impression that King is very happy here and loves playing for us, and wants to play top flight football with Leicester. Hes been here a long time now, and i feel he genuinely loves the club, very rare these days.
Kenners Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 Wouldn't it make more sense if the scout was keeping tabs on the Yak?
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 King and Cahill in the same team would see me non stop jizzing for 90 minutes.....saying that don't go Kingy i don't think i could afford to buy 50 plus new pairs of pants each season.
dave the caveman Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 He'd be a fool to go anywhere other than a top 6 premiership team and, for the moment at least, he'd be a fool to go there because he wouldn't get in any of their teams. But I do worry that he'll get tempted in the summer if we don't get promoted.
Jakemoore Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 The sky cameras showed the Everton scout writing notes at City's 0-2 win against Derby so I'm sure they have been watching city, although they could have been there monitoring The YAK's progress. Even so; I'm not worried because we're going up and we're wealthy. Ohhh and btw, inside knowledge informed me that Everton were watching Abe whilst he was in Japan but look who won that battle..... and believe it or nor, Porto want Moreno ridicuolous or what.

Jakemoore Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 Really? Ex Leicester scout said so, he was here with Sousa. That doesn't mean it will happen but he's been right so far, he told me Waggy was coming to Leicester two days before we signed him.
Jimmy Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 they're skint we're not so we can hold out for more then they can afford
J.Lisemore Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 I couldn't picture King playing for anyone else. He loves it here you can tell.
Tom17LCFC Posted 25 February 2011 Posted 25 February 2011 Shocked if this goes through, can't see it though, love the lad to bits
