funkyrobot Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 He's a total liabilty, looks like Cardiff are doing a Ricardo by bringing in a dodgy keeper just when they are in a good league position. The only saving grace for the bluebirds is that Kirkland is made out of glass and will be injured (at least in his own head) in his first pre match warm up so he won't have as much of a chance to muck it up as our new flapper has!
Leicester_Loyal Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Beautifully summed up. My English teacher always told me to use as few words as possible, thats what gets you the higher grades, don't drag it on.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 clever move by sven.... not re-newing the loan and letting him go to a promotion rival..... Would you honestly want him back here?
jamiegoode Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Wll on all of the championship manager and football manager games hes pretty good for championship teams and lower but from what ive seen of him the last 2/3 years hes actually not "that" good i would say weale and ricardo is better [and that young lad from leicester [Ambrusics i think is probs better ]
kane Posted 27 February 2011 Posted 27 February 2011 Abysmal and always injured.. coming with a good reputation. Also he is a Leicester fan through and through, so couldn't even play well for the team he supports. Anyway, good luck for the playoffs. get your facts correct , he is a liverpool fan
GGBluebird Posted 28 February 2011 Author Posted 28 February 2011 Marshall is out for the season.Operation this week on his elbow. Heaton will be 1st choice as he has all season in front of Marshall. Kirkland will be his back up. But at the moment Heaton is struggling with his kicking because of a troublesome groin problem that needs resting, Im guessing Kirkland will start for us at Ipswich. I kind of agree with a few of you fans about us bottling it over the years. But now i really think we got players who will push us past the finishing line. Lets not forget Bothroyd and Chopra was both sturggling with injuries against you. Koumas and Bellamy didnt even play because of the same sickness bug. We really do have some strength in depth. It all depends really how much we miss Ramsey who returns to Arsenal today but is asking Mr Wenger if he can stay till the end of the season for gametime. Ramsey is a class act, we havnt lost a gae when hes played and neither did Forest when he went there on loan

If kirkland gets any sort of run in the team you are ****ed, the only keeper i've seen worse than conrad logan.

thybluefox Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Good god I'm going to laugh so incredibly hard when Cardiff screw it up AGAIN.

Ramsey is a class act, we havnt lost a gae when hes played and neither did Forest when he went there on loan He wont struggle kicking, he will just ask his fellow defenders to pick the ball out of his net otherwise he will hurt his back bending down. The guy really should retire he looked done when he played for us! just hope your back 4 keep the opponents out!
DB11 Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Ramsey is a class act, we havnt lost a game when hes played and neither did Forest when he went there on loan Forest lost to Leicester when he he played at the Walkers.
Ozwin Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Getting Kirkland in is suicide. I honestly can't remember a thing he did well when he was with us, I really wanted him to be amazing as well being a local lad and all.
J.Lisemore Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Everytime he would recieve a passback at the Millwall away game, I thought he was either going to miss the ball or just break in half. Not a keeper that fills you with confidence put it that way.
Finnegan Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 I'll be devastated if Ramsey stays at Cardiff all season. Needs to get back under Wenger's wing and back to developing. Think it's genuinely exciting news that Wenger thinks he's worth recalling already.

Parafox Posted 1 March 2011 Posted 1 March 2011 I refer you to comments i made back in Dec... "Come on.... I mean... Chris (lovely guy) Kirkland has the positional sense of Stevie Wonder and the wrists of Graham Norton. Best save I ever saw him make was with his face"

GGBluebird Posted 1 March 2011 Author Posted 1 March 2011 Supposedly suffering from illness but still expected to go through. After reading your comments im still not sure i want him signed up
leicesterisme Posted 1 March 2011 Posted 1 March 2011 Supposedly suffering from illness but still expected to go through. After reading your comments im still not sure i want him signed up Dont worry, I cant imagine him being at Cardiff too long before getting injured again.
Parafox Posted 1 March 2011 Posted 1 March 2011 Supposedly suffering from illness but still expected to go through. After reading your comments im still not sure i want him signed up Honestly, he's a good lad but although he has played at some decent Premiership clubs and been in the England squad, he really doesn't have it IMHO. I wonder if he himself is so worried about injuries that he cant fulfill the potential he once had. I think your club will be burdening themselves if he signs. Hope I am wrong, time will tell.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 2 March 2011 Posted 2 March 2011 Cardiff automatic haha. That's funny. It'll be QPR and Forest or Swansea.
