wurmer Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 The man sounds like a complete plank. I think I'd actually gladly have Peter Taylor over him. Easy, that's not even remotely funny....
Thracian Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Ogh what a humanitarian, he is racist bully end of, he's a disgrace to the sport! The Judgement of Solomon. I didn't realise you knew him so well.
Kierzz Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 He brought in Kaebi. The press bigged him up so much but what a player he turned out to be
Jakemoore Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 What did he do in football after City??? Think we all know he was a joke. He's currently running a project that helps ex managers get back into a managing role. Btw; I know this was a rhetorical question but I just happened to know the answer
Jakemoore Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Easy, that's not even remotely funny.... Please don't make jokes like this.

Speaks to managers on their behalf. However you interpret him after what happened at Cheltenham, he's done a lot of good for youngsters in the game.

ajthefox Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Sounds like a nutjob from that quote. We've had worse managers since though and I'll bet if he was there all season we would have been mid-table.
OzFox Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Bit of bog cleaning wouldn't go amiss after some of our recent performances. Might stop the stampede for "improved contracts" and make Yakubu run around a bit

Unabomber Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Matty Fryatt was out in Sheffield after we played Sheff U away this season (**** knows why) and he said he hated his shitty little bbq set and hasn't even used it.
millzi Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 He brought in Kaebi. The press bigged him up so much but what a player he turned out to be And Hellings I believe, look where them two are now..
Saladin Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 There is another reason as to why he was sacked. I heard a rumor from a very reliable source when i was the player awards dinner the season we went down to League 1, as soon as i posted it on here, the thread got removed by admin for some reason.
muzzy1981 Posted 27 March 2011 Posted 27 March 2011 The Judgement of Solomon. I didn't realise you knew him so well. I Cheltenham a based foxes fan and on this occasion have some inside knowledge about his racist antics, so yes the judgement of Solomon presides...
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 March 2011 Posted 29 March 2011 Wasn't there another guy that made a few signings and was soon disposed of? Bought in Neilsen, maybe Hellings? Think his name was Don/Dom McKay. Just as useless. We're in a different league to those days now. Thank fuck. *And if Mandaric had had any sense about him back then and wasn't a complete idiot, he'd have realised that Nigel Worthington would've done a more than steady job and got us settled in mid-table had he hired him when the chance was there. We were gagging for mediocrity at the time, instead of just being plain shit.

Just did a Google. comment by FoxyVillain (U9322844)posted Aug 21, 2007 We don't need the army of keepers currently at the club that is why, Logan is out on loan, Rab is hopefully off back to Scotland. That leaves us with 3. Of these 3 Neilson was signed by now ousted sporting director Don McKay and MA clearly does not rate him (same argument for Sergio Hellings). That leaves us with 2 pretty decent keepers at this level in Henderson and Fulop competing for the jersey. Linky Link.
The Doctor Posted 30 March 2011 Posted 30 March 2011 I feel stupid but who the feck was Don McKay? It says in the quote in ACF's post "Sporting director Don McKay".
