Sky Sports News.

Bristol Rovers in talks to sign Conrad Logan on a 3 year deal.

Don't think he's gonna get anywhere here, he's not brilliant, i'd let him go, along with Ricardo, keep Weale as a bench warmer (If he's happy with that, if not he can go too), and get our number 1 priority sorted of a new keeper in.

League 2 football ? I think he could do better tbh...

They Love him, he's played well... and he has been playing regularly. I think thats all that matters to him right now...

Well my Rovers mate voted him as player of the season, and he loves it there according to his Twitter, so it'd make sense.

Bristol Rovers fan here.

Conrad Logan has been exceptional for us, by far the best keeper we've had at the Mem since Nigel Martyn (not hard to be fair) somewhat 20 years ago. I'm shocked he hasn't played more for you lot but the Championship is obviously a different ballgame to league one (and now two). I'd love us to sign him on and seeing as you're looking to move back into the promise land, it could well happen. As said above, I too agree that he could do better than league two but he seems to really love our club and we love him!

We'll happily take him off of your hands :)

Oh, and good luck next season. Rooting for you to get back to where your club deserves to be. If you could knick Maynard from City, and then hammer the crap outta them home and away, we'd all be really appreciative here in the blue side of Bristol! Peace.

ha! cheers.

Amazing 'cause the half a dozen (probably more) games i've seen Logan play for us he's been awful, bar one occasion. Had very little going for him imo. Glad you lot like him, looks like this'll work out for everyone involved.

Was speaking to a relative of his and he is unsure of whether to go bristol. He doesn't want to leave Leicester , but wants regular first team football - which is understandable.

Didn't realise he's been at City since he was 14

I suspect it's the psychological side - concentration & fluctuating self-confidence - that has held him back at LCFC. He's a good shot stopper (better than Weale in this regard, I'd say), able to stand up for 1-on-1s and capable of dominating his area...unfortunately lapses of concentration/confidence seem to leave him prone to occasional gaffes. A move to BRFC could be a good one for him. He's still young and it'd allow him the space to develop and make the occasional error that wouldn't be so unforgiveable at L2 or even L1 level...wouldn't entirely surprise me to see him back playing at a higher level some day. Still young for a keeper.

ha! cheers.

Not good enough for here. Looks like he has found his level and is really enjoying it. Fair play to the lad if he wants to go, all the best to him.

All a goalkeeper wants is regular playing time. Just like any other footballer.

It's a really thankless job being the No.2 or No.3 in goal and given his good performances with the Rovers, they should keep him.

He loves playing for them, the fans like him, we'd get some cash in. Win-win-win situation.
