Wow, what a day. Remember it like it was yesterday, 11 year old me jumping around like a cocker spaniel on acid when Claridge scored.

I was 9 watching that at Wembley, how quick time goes!

Will never EVER get bored of watching that video. Amazing.

Can feel the atmousphere and buzz from all them years ago right now.

Here's hoping to another day like that in my lifetime.

It simply doesn't get any better than that. I'm not sure this new era can match the elation and pride that I felt under O'Neill.

Just look at them all, the boys! O'Neill with slobber on his face from Walsh giving it the biggun to Iwan and Whitlow and Scotty Taylor going wild.

This can never be taken away from us. Absolute dream.

Cried when Stevie scored  just through the total relief. I dont think my heartwould have got me through the penalties with Spider in goal.

I was 9 and at Wembley, can remember it like it was yesterday.

I always remember everybody looking at each other in disbelief as Kalac came on, contemplating penalties. I saw the ball out of the corner of my eye from the free-kick but lost track of it briefly behind a Wembley pillar. Claridge, half-heartedly, swung a leg at it and it looped over a motionless Nigel Martyn. After that it seemed like minutes of silence, everyone presumed the whistle had gone, but then it hit home. What a feeling.

I don't think anything will ever match that.

I was 5 and I was there, one of my first memories, certainly my first football memory even though it apparently wasn't my first match. No looking back after that, City fan for life.

Like a lot of people - I was 10 years old and at wembley. Remember kissing me grandads bald head when claridge bagged- what a celebration that was. It wiped me memory clear of the first time I went wembley and Glen hoddle broke me heart!
