They play in a very similar position (though on 'his day' and IF fit, I think Hargreaves is a little better "!) and there has been much speculation that Hollowhead wanted to take him (back) to Blackpool - though that was a while ago now. I wouldn't be at all surprised that OH coming might mean we'll see the last of Richie - after all, how many central midfielders can you have in a team (Wellens, King, Danns, Abe, Oakley, Moussa, Hargreaves - plus Gallagher, though I'm not sure what position he really plays !). If there's money on the table from Blackpool, I'm sure Sven would take it (like with Bamba).

I've tried to reach him" Sven wants - Sven gets. Definitely worth taking a look at in preseason if he is interested. IF he regains fitness to even 80% of what he was he would be a huge asset for us. Its less of a gamble than paying £3 million for CMS was gonna be.

King, Wellens etc would have to step up to the battle for places, thats what it's all about and what they get paid for! I love Svens black phone book! Please let it happen.

I think just Sven most of all want to build a team for promotion and by the look of his signngs so far he's doing a good job - maybe a big has been name can just be a bonus or perhaps a hindrance.

I would imagine their share prices would go through the roof if they could get David Beckham in a King Power LCFC Shirt. Dont fancy our chances one bit but I love the fact that even as a Championship club we are getting some serious media coverage and exposure.
