The best thing about football is the tribalism

Which leads to the worst thing about football. Fighting in streets and back alleys. (Not everyone of course).

Just an alternative view.

They should do a survey on percentage of fans that hate millwall

They don't need to, I can tell you, 100% of fans who don't support Millwall + the 0-5% of Millwall fans who have a brain.

That's true, but not the same as what you said. And it could and would be back in the blink of an eye, were numerous safeguards not in place.

As certain as I can be.

Then I bow to your greater knowledge.

However, the original point was that tribalism/hatred leads to violence by some and you said nobody. I don't agree Webbo. Maybe no one on here, maybe there is but it does for some, somewhere.

'Nobody' and 'nobody on here' - I think there's a big difference between those two. Say exactly what you mean, then you don't have to backtrack.

I am sure at least one person who enjoys fighting at football will disprove both of your confidences , given time.

Edit - Add Ferguson and Levein while you're at it.
