Libertine Dream Posted 10 April 2012 Posted 10 April 2012 Cmon reading, keep it up. Just as importantly Milwall are winning, they'll be just about safe come Saturday
Jon the Hat Posted 10 April 2012 Posted 10 April 2012 Reading have done the job. Still 3 points off 6th.
Finchy Posted 10 April 2012 Posted 10 April 2012 ...with a better goal difference. Really don't want to start believing again
Jon the Hat Posted 10 April 2012 Posted 10 April 2012 ...with a better goal difference. Really don't want to start believing again Ah go on.
Brown Fox Posted 10 April 2012 Posted 10 April 2012 Actually glad Millwall won. Firstly because they'll have less to play for. Secondly because we seem to let anyone on a bad run beat us so them winning is positive for Saturday. (I hope)
BHAFC Braders Posted 11 April 2012 Posted 11 April 2012 Deflected free kick , 3 blatent penalty decisions turned down , when we DO get one we fluff it up and just as we get a corner in the final minute the ref blows up for full time. Gutted, truly think we've blown it now but we never do things the easy way I guess. if you pip us to the final Play Off place - best of luck to you , but I still think the four I said previously will hang on to it.

Heard Poyet say that (i think) one of their players should have been sent off too? Didnt hear him say it was never a red card when Beckford got sent off for patting a player on the head.

Yeah didn't feel either were red cards - Roberts was being a total wind up merchant , the Beckford one got rightfully overturned.
Libertine Dream Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Great cross by Kebe for the goal. Wish Sharp would stop making a meal of everything, thats what is wrong with modern day football.
marko Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Great cross by Kebe for the goal. Wish Sharp would stop making a meal of everything, thats what is wrong with modern day football. Hear, hear. The Saints' fans' are literally screaming for a penalty every time one of their players gets breathed on in the box. I may be on my own, but i'm glad we didn't sign Sharp in January.
Jon the Hat Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Game on. I really wish Claridge wasn't so ****ing annoying.
marko Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Anyone got a link for the game? Try this - http://soccersearch.forumotion.com/Live-Football-h2.htm
ScouseFox Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Is this the first time in their history Reading have taken what looks like more than 4 figures away from home?!
marko Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 3-1 game over. If Wet Sham win their game in hand Southampton will have to be careful they don't slip into the play-offs.
marko Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Is this the first time in their history Reading have taken what looks like more than 4 figures away from home?! More than likely. I have such an irrational dislike of Reading and McDermott.
Libertine Dream Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Fair play Reading, showed that you don't have to dominate every game you just have to be clinical. Soton never really had a decent chance, for all their play they didnt create much of any note.
Ashley Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Reading more or less just won promotion to the Premier League. Congratulations
MrFox781 Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 43 points from the last 48 points available. Amazing. Well done Reading and Brian Mcdermott.
purpleronnie Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Reading and their fans are perfectly suited to the premiership.
Vardinhio Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Well done Reading! Not sure how they will do next season though. Sitting behind the ball in this league works as midfielders and strikers are average. When up against Manc City and co I'm not sure the counter attacks will work in every game.
