21st Century Fox Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Reading are going to be minted when the Russian billionaire takeover goes through and they're promoted. If they can pip Saints to the title that would be amazing. I f**king hate Southampton with a passion.
Happy Fox Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Yanks or Arabs for Forest? You used to be shit and you still are...
I am Rod Hull Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Yanks or Arabs for Forest? Yanks are tight, go for the Arabs.
RedHux Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 I concur. Derby have Yanks too. Derby or Man City....?
Libertine Dream Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Yanks or Arabs for Forest? Good solid article that one. A sentence outlining that two groups from obvious parts of the world have an interest. Still if you get some rich buggers and splash the cash don't get too excited, its not all its cracked up to be.
Jaspa Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Going on results and encounters over the past few years, I would consider Reading as one of our rival teams. Look forward to coming up against them in the Prem soon :fc: Will be very interesting to see what McDermott will be able to do with a large budget too

Yea, there is huge amounts of salt to be had with this but at the minute, the state we're in, any news is good news. Although, new owners could see the back of Cotterill. That could never be a bad thing!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Reading have been on a phenomenal run and deserve it. Hopefully we join them.

Although, new owners could see the back of Cotterill. That could never be a bad thing! I hope I never see him down the KP again, every time he comes he sets up 10 men behind the ball, lacks attacking intent and always ruins games against us. Boring boring football.
Brown Fox Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Is this the first time in their history Reading have taken what looks like more than 4 figures away from home?! Don't you mean 3 figures? but yeah I hate them and they're awful plastic fans. Take about 200 to Leicester but soon as they start winning then they all come out. Hate them so much.
Maybes Posted 13 April 2012 Posted 13 April 2012 Don't you mean 3 figures? but yeah I hate them and they're awful plastic fans. Take about 200 to Leicester but soon as they start winning then they all come out. Hate them so much. 5th lowest away following in the league this season. I believe its only the 5th time they've taken 4 figures away from home. Woeful support.
Corky Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 Reading have got an excellent manager, can't see him being there too long if he does well next season.
Corky Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 As it stands, Doncaster and Portsmouth both going down, Coventry seven points from safety.
BHAFC Braders Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 Vaz Te just scored a beauty for WHU. 1-0 and that's how it stayed (for about 30 seconds) conceded the play offs , shocking performance , so many players not worthy of staying and to be honest the teams on their holidays - bit of a shame to end an amazing season for us with such shite
marko Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 Did anyone else listen to the Doncaster chairman's post relegation rant? It's fair to say he's not happy with referees.
Earl Shilton Lee Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 I'd say Doncaster's relegation was due more to sacking a manager who had done a brilliant job just seven games into the new season. And to handing over the club's transfer policy to an agent whose only concern is to sign mercenary footballers in order to line his own pockets.
RedHux Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 I am in accord with the chap from Earl Shilton. The Donny chairman need look no further then a mirror for someone to blame.
Libertine Dream Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 They did sack SoD too early but Saubders will get them back up next, certainly not a bad manager. The transfer debacle was an rxperiment that wouldn't work. Mackay brought in a bunch of has beens, did they want to be there? No.
Matt Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 I take it we must still be considered one of the smaller teams the Doncaster chairman was talking about then with some of the referees we've had officiate some of our matches this season? There was me believing the hype we were massive....
Corky Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 The referee in the Doncaster match had an absolute shocker.
Tielemans63 Posted 15 April 2012 Posted 15 April 2012 I'd say Doncaster's relegation was due more to sacking a manager who had done a brilliant job just seven games into the new season. And to handing over the club's transfer policy to an agent whose only concern is to sign mercenary footballers in order to line his own pockets. Exactly what I was going to post - spot on. The chairman is embarrassed because he's fooked up massively.
Churchill Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Cov could go down tonight if Bristol win and they lose! Could be an interesting night.
Corky Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 I just have this feeling they'll do enough to stay up.
