HEGGSY Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 Bloody hope so, and guess who Cov have next.....Bristol City at Ashton Gate, maaahooooosive game! The standard relegation 6-pointer.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 I still find it odd people want one of our local rivals to get relegated, aren't those the matches that you look forward to the most? Shitty season sure, relegation no. Whilst I agree with you, I'd be quite content to let them fester in league one for a season or two
Guest Bilo Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 I still find it odd people want one of our local rivals to get relegated, aren't those the matches that you look forward to the most? Shitty season sure, relegation no. It gets a frankly shit away day off the calendar, Coventry away will not be missed anything like as much as Forest away would. It's not a match I look forward to anyway, Derby and Forest are different. I actually look out for Peterborough before Coventry purely because it's a better day. Getting the Ricoh off the satnav will be a pleasurable experience.
21st Century Fox Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 Loving Pompey right now, I would love to see Saints drop away at this stage of the season.
Corky Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 I still find it odd people want one of our local rivals to get relegated, aren't those the matches that you look forward to the most? Shitty season sure, relegation no. Not matches against Coventry. Usually a shit game in a shithole.
Daggers Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 I still find it odd people want one of our local rivals to get relegated, aren't those the matches that you look forward to the most? The Ricoh has to rank as one of the most soulless football experiences know to mankind. I can only presume you've never been there, it won't be missed.
MC Prussian Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 I'm much more looking forward to away days at Charlton, Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield (hopefully the latter two can edge it towards the end of the season ). EDIT: That is should we remain in the Championship.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 Gonna be some quality away days next season, can't wait.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 Still shows for me that Cotterill isn't good at all. I know forest have picked up a bit but still think he is shite. Massive win for Bristol though i wouldn't be bothered if they went down.
Ozwin Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 God I wish I was a Pompey fan in that Pompey end for that last second goal. That's what football's all about.
Finchy Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 That game was brilliant. First that Rocha incident , then those amazing goals and the celebrations from the Pompey bench were hilarious.
ScouseFox Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 That pompey end just makes you love football. They're fvcked on and off the field, but when that last minute equaliser goes in, in front of a full away end at your biggest rivals, utter carnage. Love it.
Ozwin Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 We never get last minute goals like that. We're still living off that Howard goal about 3 years ago in terms of top tier celebrations.
Finchy Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 We never get last minute goals like that. We're still living off that Howard goal about 3 years ago in terms of top tier celebrations. To be fair, Stevie Claridge at Wembley is enough for me.
Matt Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 We never get last minute goals like that. We're still living off that Howard goal about 3 years ago in terms of top tier celebrations. Maxi Gradel last minute v MK Dons was pretty special.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 Opps, that was a calamity! Quality finish from Marshall.
MC Prussian Posted 7 April 2012 Posted 7 April 2012 The South Coast derby was a great game of football. Quality goals and tension up until the end. Thanks to Derby and Ipswich for the stalemate and thanks to Burnley for beating Brighton. And again, Leicester shown as one of the last games on the FL Show tonight... Figures.

I know, was beginning to think I'd missed our game.
Happy Fox Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 Superb goal from that Maguire lad as well, bit surprising that Dierby have loaned him out.

"El Clasicoast" was a good game, but that dive by a Soton player (Lallana, I think) was truly shameful. A disgraceful act that spoilt a very good match.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 I hate West Ham but do I want them to beat Birmingham? hmm probably irrelevant
