Bob Weasel Fox Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 This shame though because i think / hoped Waggy could make it at Leicester
funkyrobot Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 Play waggy from the start, up front in the centre and with a striker alongside him and then judge him after 10 games. Nugent has played more minutes on the pitch than waghorn this season, starting every game, in his natural position and he hasn't scored any goals but noone is proposing to loan him out.
Salieri Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 Play waggy from the start, up front in the centre and with a striker alongside him and then judge him after 10 . Nugent has played more minutes on the pitch than waghorn this season, starting every game, in his natural position and he hasn't scored any goals but noone is proposing to loan him out. and how many games has he played?? He hit the post twice so could just as easily be 2 in 2. I'm not disagreeing about waggy by the way, I think he needs a run in the side (in his proper position).
funkyrobot Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 Yeh I realise nugent hasn't played much, just highlighting how unfair that waggy gets the stick for everything when he's been a bench player for a year and given little chance.
lestajigs Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 So he scored goals in League 1 and created a goal against a League 2 side. Perhaps this should tell us something. Sorry, memory freeze here,, but was waghorn even at Leicester when we were in league 1???????????

Happy Fox Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 Waghorn is not putting in consistent displays to warrant a starting place, his ship has sailed, I imagine he has a club lined up for his loan move with an option for a permanent, and we will sanction this when we bring in 2 strikers in.

And you know this is happening! We will be lucky to get one the way were are dealing with things as it seems atm
Happy Fox Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 And you know this is happening! We will be lucky to get one the way were are dealing with things as it seems atm It will happen eventually, Howard is off on loan to another club, Waghorn has probably got a club lined up we will get two strikers just have some patience

Now are performances on the pitch is being affected, because we havn't a good goal scorer

funkyrobot Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 Sorry but nugent is a better choice than waghorn In your opinion, but there isn't a massive difference between the two when you look at goals to games ratio -which is why people are still asking for a 20+ goalscorer. Anyway why can't they both play as a pair?

Spudulike Posted 1 September 2011 Posted 1 September 2011 So has he gone then BBC seem to think so (loan to Hull). Just spotted the other thread. Bye Waggeh.
John Matrix Posted 1 September 2011 Posted 1 September 2011 and how many games has he played?? He hit the post twice so could just as easily be 2 in 2. I'm not disagreeing about waggy by the way, I think he needs a run in the side (in his proper position). daft comment
John Matrix Posted 1 September 2011 Posted 1 September 2011 yes really. unless the FA have added a new rule whereby near misses count towards a win or someones goal scoring record. next you'll say "well if he wasn't tackled he would of scored so really he could have scored 5 goals"
turkish14 Posted 1 September 2011 Posted 1 September 2011 I remember big trevor benjamin only getting one england under 21 cap whilst at leicester, think waggy will be the same....
the_foxes_till_i_die Posted 1 September 2011 Posted 1 September 2011 Waghorn what a f**king belter! ? didnt realise they were playing today! anywhere to watch goals allready?
Bugg Posted 1 September 2011 Posted 1 September 2011 ? He scored a screamer for the U21s Although it was against the International under21 equivalent of the Ryman Premier league he was up against.
