Just because when the news shows pictures of the rioting it shows mainly ethnic people doesn't necessarily mean it is mainly ethnic people that are rioting. They may have just show mainly ethnics because those were the people that were in position to be able to be captured distinctly by the cameras, or maybe because ethnic riots might be a bigger story than white people rioting.

This is the problem, some posters have made the observation that the the vast majority of the rioters are young and black. but we are not aloud to disccuss this through fear of being called a racist! If we cant even have the discussion then how can we solve the problem!?!? I comfortable that im not a racist. Im also comfortable in saying that these problems are caused by disillusioned, poorly educated black youths, its a fact. am i a racist for that?

No sleep for me again, thanks guys, really considerate. As for the racism/discrimination it's a mix of whites, african blacks and caribbean blacks in Liverpool, and mostly whites judging by the pictures from Manchester. So there.

Lots of police on the ring road near Big Johns/Mercury Building and a lot of young lads from Highfields on bikes being blocked from getting into the town centre by them. Absolute scum these people. Really are.
