Quite disrespectful of Roy to just rip it off. Perhaps it was a show at how angry his players were making him feel and that their own performance was disrespecting Ray?

That's just some far-fetched suggestion from myself . I've no idea why Hodgson ripped it off. Has he said anything post-match about it?
