Podge Posted 17 August 2011 Posted 17 August 2011 is it me or ami wrong here,the only players that seem to be playing okay are the ones we had last season i.e king,wellens,we've spent all this money on new players,yet are defence is just as rubbish as it always has been,and my god i wish we brought maynard now. we need a striker that hit the back of the net not the post all the time,we've spent money in the wrong place, we need to start getting a grip,im trying to be positive but its so painful to listne to us play at the moment when i had got my hopes so high up,does anyone else feel like this? Not so much, I expected a slow start with all the new faces and whatnot. If we are still struggling after a dozen or so games I'll start to panic.

Certainly struggle with formation, picking the right players for the right roles, getting them on the pitch in the right frame of mind, motivation, organisation on the pitch, ability to turn things around and all things management/coaching should be doing

Yep, even though it's ridiculously early losing two already when some teams will prob win 8 or 9 out the first 10 is very, very difficult to turn around... that was quite a few games to lose, because usually a team usually runs away with it, whereas those two weren't heads & shoulders above 3rd
