All summer I've pleaded patience but this has got me really angry if we fail to land our preferred target/s. Why wait until the last few days? These bids could have gone in a week ago, it gives the clubs time to bring in replacements and look at our bids more positively. This will end badly. £2 million for Gradel is a farce as well, he's worth double that.

Anichebe - Right on the fringes of Everton's squad but underwhelming link. Kebe - Would love this to happen because he's just what we need, well worth a punt. Jelavic - Tough call. SPL players have a very mixed record south of the border but Jelavic looks a different class to most that have stepped over Hadrian's Wall. Expensive though. Gradel - Come on in leaps and bounds since Pearson let him go for a song. May well fancy a return and settling in process would be eased by previous links. Yes please. Johnson - Has done so little for so long but could find the Championship a stroll on form. Would be reluctant to pay top dollar though.
