Got to be Oneil hasnt it, The GOD returns... 30,000 sell out every week.

Thia's aint as stupid as some of you lot think.. thats why hes got millions in the first place

To have sacked his big name Sven means there will be another big name coming in. simple as that

MON has to be that man.. oh those were the days!!! and he would kick shit right up this team and have them playing like promotion contenders which they are capable off.

This teams needs a big voice in the dressing room which Sven lacked.

As long as it's not the Wally moving across the midlands. Or some up and coming manager we only give 3 months by which time we're getting relegated and bring in some another twat like Hollaway.

This in my view is a sad and embarresing day for Leicester City F.C I was not a Sven fan but it's way too early to sack him.

My uncle just told me Martin O neill used to have a flat on stoneygate when he managed here, last week he bought it and because my uncle decorates, he said martins had it all done up the full works...

Of course I want MON to return, who doesn't? This time around, he would have the money to assist him as well. Martin would have the team organised and motivated. However, lets put into perspective, he can walk into any Premier League club really.

Not all returns end in tears. Look at Kenny Dalglish, and how he has turned Liverpool around.

I'd also like to see Billy Davies, Dave Jones, Lee Clark or Simon Grayson as manager though.

Well that list should do for this season. Who do you want for nxt season :crylaugh: :crylaugh:

The poll was who do I want, so I voted MON, I don't really expect it to happen, but are there any other good jobs around or likely to come up.

If he is offered an interim contract to the end of the season he might be tempted, then if we don't get promoted it won't be seen as a massive failure as he was only caretaker manager, he would be free to talk to England when Capello goes, or Spurs when Redknapp gets the England job or United if Whisky nose finally decides to retire.

I think that is our best chance of getting him, would keep the fans happy then obviously if it turned out to be a great homecoming then he would stay and take us to champions league glory, if it didn't quite work out for whatever reason he could depart with his reputation still in tact, unless he got us relegated or something but he would get this squad to be at least challenging for promotion, any idiot should be able to and he would be the sort of manager which would fire these players up. I'm thinking kinda like Guus Hiddink at Chelsea, came in did a job and left with his reputation and respect between the fans in tact because he only came in as a temporary thing.

Obviously it would be horrible if he came in and left at the end of the season after doing well, but I can't see him sigining a 5 year deal or anything, in fact I can't really see it happening at all, I'm just hoping that is all, and of course hope is the precursor to disappointment so I will stop here and say it will be Billy Davies and he will probably do a good job, it may even make Forest and Derby care about playing us...

If it's not Martin O'Neill I'll be extremely disappointed. He's got the passion, the experience, the reputation, the respect from players, managers and fans alike... there's no better candidate.

Let's just hope he's up for it...

Spot on I don't understand it either, if he comes back and it doesn't work out so what it doesn't change what he has already achieved, I am not going to hate him for it. Seems to me like the perfect opportunity he left Villa due to lack of ambition surely this is a dream job right now to him? Back at Leicester with the Stadium and investment he always wanted. Wow
