Why on earth do people bother mention Billy Davies, awful choice can't imagine players like Beckford & Nugent wanting to be bossed about by a short arse. O'Neil 100% id go for, second choice would be don't laugh Kevin MacDonald, since being connected with the club already.

Well I know he was suffering with cancer but if back to full fitness and given our owners Thai roots would they possibly look at poaching their own national coach? ... Bryan Robson! ... I would hope not but hey! ... it's a funny old game!

Do you pay any attention to football at all?

Preston - Play offs twice.

Derby - Promoted.

Forest - Play offs twice.

Dreadful manager.

Great example, because he's been player of the decade so far under Sven

I'd like to see Dave Jones personally, other than him, it obviousley has to be Martin O'Neill, but i just can't see it happening.

Billy Davies, also, I mentioned him ages ago.

Dave Jones or Billy Davies in reality.

I voted for other as i'd like to see Ant and Dec given a chance.

I voted other as I think Rendell should get the job. Put a ring in the warm up room then at half time he could have sparring sessions with any players who did not perform as instructed. May take a few black eyes but sure the message would get through.

Didn't vote for MON cus it ain't gonna happen. Grayson is the closest you will get to a young MON Worked wonders at Leeds. Championship experience is essential

any other names please post here and will be added to the poll shortly

Nigel Pearson any day! We were moving in the right direction without spending money. It all went wrong when he left (got pushed out). Yeah football may not have been great at times but look at Tony Pulis and Stoke and how he has developed a team and a club with limited resources and built organically, step by step. Would you swap positions right them right now? I ceratinly would!

Leicester trying hard to persuade O'Neill to take now vacant manager's job. Big call for him
