Beliall Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 I haven't got the game yet, probably wait till christmas. Doesn't sound good though if the game is having problems with 360. Last night was the first time I had no problems at all. In hindsight I can see why the guy at GAME offered £1 extra to guarantee the game. Any problems, take it back, they'll replace it for free. There's stories online where some have gone through three copies and still experience similar problems. Coincidence with GAMEs guarantee? I think not. I may opt for installing the play disc on a USB stick. At least this way the DVD drive isn't running continuously - the noise it makes is ridiculous. The game is decent, the cutscenes are good, but missions have a familiar feel with even more refinement than ever before. I like it. R* said not to install the play disc as it causes problems

Were you stuck in 3/4 place for the majority of the race, cause I only caught up when they got onto the running section. 28mins of button bashing tho

orangecity23 Posted 9 October 2013 Posted 9 October 2013 Wahey. After 2 failed attempts, I managed to make a good run into the Military base. After a bit of driving like a dick around their runway, managed to find a parked F16, nick it, then fly it safely to Trev's airfield. Mwahahaha

Go to the main gate just off the West ring-road on a bike, quicksave it and dash through the checkpoint and take the first right which is a patrol ring for the base that is funnily unoccupied but there is a guard on the left side as you breeze in who might see you, if he does clock on load up your quicksave and try again. After all that go around the empty patrol until youre along side the runway, quicksave again and then dash across to a Jet and GTFO but be sure to Fly-Lo to avoid the SAMs. Online is pretty much the same exept you find a way to jump the fence and get over to the Jets quick, the Soldiers are pricks and will just shoot you for being near the base sometimes too. The funny thing is after a few times they wise up and put loads of tanks on patrol that wont give you much time to maneuver.

I must've been fifth to sixth about twice in that race, only to catch up again towards the end. And yes, the running section was the decider. However, I barely made it to the finishing line in first place, the other guy was right behind me.

Collecting the Spaceship parts up which will hopefully give me 11/16 of the Misc stuff and 100% on every else

Just search on YouTube 'GTA V Easy Money' and filter by date uploaded. They'll probs patch it soon because it ridiculous and voids their buying GTA Money with real money system
