Walker Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Not been so buzzing about Leicester City since NP was last here! Superb result tonight, cannot wait for Hull on Saturday, ONLY ONE NIGEL PEARSON....
I am Rod Hull Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Good to see Danns score, well I saw him look like he was going to score then the stream froze. Same here.. It froze when the ball went past the defender and it looked like it was going wide, the next thing i saw was a pile of Leicester players on top of each other...
Fox96 Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 As far as i know we've kept 8 clean sheets and only West Ham have had more? These performances will get us to the prem!
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 NP seems from the outside looking in a great Man Manager knows how to get the best out of most of his players and instill confidence in them
Bert Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Very pleased with that. We played as a team and that's what won us the game. Countless chances, how Nugent or Veckford didn't score tonight is beyond me. Everyone from start to finish was well pumped up and for me this was the first time you could tell the team ethic about us. Let's hope we can build on this.
Jace Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Same here.. It froze when the ball went past the defender and it looked like it was going wide, the next thing i saw was a pile of Leicester players on top of each other... Haha mine too, my gf gave me a strange look when she saw how excited I got about this
Kilworthfox Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Great performance in the second half, Blackpool were the better side in the first half and were cut open the only time hitting the flanks actually worked. I thought Matt Mills was very poor tonight, he can't see to play a asimple pass or find a blue shirt! Other than that to a man we were very good, & Kasper WOW!
foxfanazer Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Well done kingy, great strength of character shown there. Great win tonight, Lloyd dyer take a bow
Narborough_fox Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Tear in the eye while the minute applause happened. Emotional night and so nice to see Kingy score. RIP Gary. Oh and Blue army
SeCrEt FoX Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Time to change your sig... No!! i miss him
I am Rod Hull Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Haha mine too, my gf gave me a strange look when she saw how excited I got about this My Mrs and daughter were in the kitchen, my lad and me went mental, I looked in the kitchen to see my daughter with her hands over her ears. For 15 seconds my front room became pen 3 Filbo
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Gilkes 2 saves from Beckford were world class. Looks like we may well be starting to see the best of him now. On another day could easily have had 2 or 3 goals.
wattolcfc Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Where's DANGEROUS TIGER tonight.. nothing to moan about I guess... Great TEAM performance from the lads. Finally we have a team again, not a collection of talented individuals!

EnderbyFox Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Fantastic result, made even better by the fact that Forest lost 4-0 If you fancy some entertainment, check out Forests' forum, they are livid

HEGGSY Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Never Felt more like singing the blues when Leicester win and forest lose Oh Leicester you've got me singing the blues. UTF
Father Ted Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Great game. After Kaspers great save we dominated but struggled to get that 2nd goal. Chances galore but their keeper was fantastic. I could list everybody as MOTM except for Bamba, fcuk me bombscare Bamba and CONTINUALLY gave away STUPID free kicks which could have cost us. But the Pearson feeling is back!
Kitchandro Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 First time we've been in the top six since, erm, Pearson was here last. He's done in three games what Sousa and Sven couldn't in over a year of football, now let's see us stay there. Encouraging result and good to see King score in light of the weekend's tragic events, did he do anything to commemorate Speed? Didn't see his celebration cos I was going mental but at the end of the game he came over to clap the fans, took his black armband off and pointed it to the sky.

True about Bamba in that sense but I still think he had a good an commanding game. He's a mile better than St Ledger, no idea why he gets so much stick.
Jobberz_Boyz Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Any links to watch the highlights as i have just got in from work, good result for the blue army.
Dylan Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Schmeichel- absolute class. Another top save from close range- makes a vital save every game; absolute quality. Nugent was great; missed that chance but chased everything all game, opened the scoring and played well overall. Beckford looked promising; kept out by a couple of great saves... a bit more luck and he'll get going and I think him and Nuge up front could be deadly. Defence was solid- no problems there defensively... although Matt Mills needs to stop thinking he's Xabi Alonso; tries the long ball way too often imo and should keep it simpler. But did his main job well today with a clean sheet- unfortunately couldn't get his headers on target but he'll get a goal soon enough! Neil Danns did well coming on. Brought a bit of life into the game, a bit more pace and a good finish for his goal.
Guest Col city fan Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Sven's team played a corker, including the much maligned Danns What point are you trying to make here? That Sven had money to assemble a good squad, then couldn't get them to play as a team? Yep... I agree... I told you before, you need to change your name cos you 'seefookall'...
