burni Posted 30 November 2011 Posted 30 November 2011 Im at work so by the looks of this game ill be saving my nails and possibly fingers 1 0 dyer same team/danns in for gally
Dan Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 You'd think Karma but I think Pearson's too good tactically to not know how to beat a team he was managing 2 weeks ago. Hull 1-2 Leicester. Comfortable win.
PegguyArphexad Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 I was at St.Mary's last night. Hull were actually very very good. Will be a tough match...
ajthefox Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 2-0 City. Goals from Agents Fryatt and Hobbs secure the master plan that has been constructed and carried out over the past 18 months; BEAT HULL
The Doctor Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 Wait, what, Gallagher's corners are threatening? When you're used to fighting someone wielding a slice of pizza, someone wielding a spoon is threatening.
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 I'm off down London with mi mates for a Pre Christmas booze up so will be found in a pub somewhere in the West End glued to Sky Sports News!
PeteLCFC Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 It'll be hard....can't see us taking the full three 0-0
ChrisFilter Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 This will be tough. They're gonna be very fired up, and could dent us early on. We should be more than capable of getting a result, but I have a feeling that consecutive wins will continue to elude us and we'll lose 2-1. Beckford to score for us.
Christoph Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 We're well overdue on winning two on the trot and I can see it now. I'm going with a 2-1 win, Nugent and Peltier both headers.
GLC Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 I'm not sure about this one tbh, i think we could lose 1-0, but i'd very much like a win
scottthefox Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 People seem to be overplaying the whole "they will be fired up about Pearson" and forgetting the other side of the coin. Pearson will hate nothing more than losing to a team he left for us a few weeks ago and he is the type of manager who's passion will rub off on the players. We will be 'up for it' just as much as they are and you could see player determination on Tuesday night, they will now want that all important back to back win that the press keep reminding them of.
Thracian Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 Football is forever throwing up special situations like these and, while Pearson won there last time and ought to be able to restrict Hull to a goal or less my feeling is that a draw's as good as we'll get. Two factors cancel out - the desire of Hull players to make their point and the desire of Leicester's players not to let the manager down. They'll also want to keep impressing Pearson before the January window opens. If we continue to go with pace and width I'd find it hard to imagine us not scoring so 1-1's what I'm expecting. And, once more I'm fancing Mills with a header. It won't be the back-to-back wins people have been hoping for but it would be a fourth game without defeat and another notch on an potentially impressive unbeaten sequence. Many will expect Fryatt to score against us but, if Bamba marks him, I'll be surprised. I just don't see him as fast enough, strong enough or good enough. Unless it's a penalty. .
SaM 12 Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 1-1 i think with nugent getting a 70th minute equaliser
Austin Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 We'll win on the basis that each game i've attended this season has been with my mate John, we're yet to see us lose!
Happy Fox Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 Fourth_Official Fourth Official Leicester City defender Michael Ball will be one of many players at Goodison Park this weekend for a planned tribute to Gary Speed #LCFC
Joe. Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 Draw - nailed on. I think it'll be a scoring one mind, Hull have plenty going forward. Pearson has got a great edge for us having only just left and hopefully that could prove the difference on the day. I'm still not completely confident we can put together a significant run to trouble the top two, but staying around the top six has to be priority now. This is another good opportunity for a statement of intent.
Gold Coast Fox Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 2-0 Leicester: Hobbs and Fryatt own goals
lovelcfc Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 going this one i think 2-0 city with wellens and beckford scoring
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 2-0 Leicester: Hobbs and Fryatt own goals Ooooh imagine that!! lol
jimmer Posted 1 December 2011 Posted 1 December 2011 We'll come out on top, but Fryatt is bound to give us a scare! 2-1 to the Mighty Foxes
