Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 December 2011 Posted 17 December 2011 Taking 8k there is incredible. Where will the extra tickets be situated?
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 17 December 2011 Posted 17 December 2011 taking 8'000 away . . . . . . to see us lose again
accessory Posted 18 December 2011 Posted 18 December 2011 taking 8'000 away . . . . . . to see us lose again Indeed. Could get very messy...
Red_Dog Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 Taking 8k there is incredible. Where will the extra tickets be situated? We've given you the whole Bridgford End upper and Lower which holds about 7700 supporters and then T block which is the last block of the Brian Clough stand Lower tier next to the Bridgford End. I'm quite surprised how much interest you have to come and see the Forest reserves (any half-decent saleable player wont want to be cup-tied!) so I think we'll try some of the youngsters. Not sure what the atmosphere will be like, none of the Clough or Trent End upper tiers are open, so max 7000 Forest fans, I think we have sold about 5000 so far. Plus one of the main local banter areas the VC corner is now taken over by you.. Anyhow enjoy your day out, we are trying to campaign to get you some more tickets as we need the money.. Any questions feel free to ask.. I might take the missus down to Fosse Park on that day as you lot are up here!!

Bert Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 Do you think we will get anymore tickets, and if so when?? I'd doubt we will. Think we should be happy with 8k. Police will claim something silly like they'd not be able to manage it.

Red_Dog Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 Do you think we will get anymore tickets, and if so when?? Doubt it as no other areas available that can be segregated. The other half of the lower tier in BC stand is on sale to home so it would have to be opening up an entire upper tier BC which just isnt going to happen. Also be wary if you are in W as some of those seats have a slightly obscured view stuck in the corner!!
Red_Dog Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 Problem is its coming after two home fixtures over the Xmas period, Boxing Day 24,000 and home again on NYEs this Sat and with our performance thats enough money down the drain..
Danny the Fox 95 Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 This thread got me all excited. I thought we were getting another 2000!
paulsherwood1 Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 Red Dog, great post. Nice to see that Leicester and forest fans can post sensibly on each others boards! 😄 Also, I can remember celebrating Julian joachims goal against Pompey from the Trent end as forest let us borrow their ground due to the Carling stand being constructed!
Walshy5 Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 The fact that we've sold 8000 and they'll probablly have a shit support is great but at the same time cringeworthy. But im sure though if they win they'll celebrate like they've won the cup final same as they did for the 2-2 draw this season (even though they didnt win) and when they beat us 3-2 last season. However if we win they wont be bothered as they only hate Derby you know!

We are down to 3 fit defenders at the moment and one of them Cunningham loan runs out Dec 31st so if we don't get him renewed thats 2 fit defenders.. .

To be honest you're better off with two defenders than with the third being cunningham
bluearmyfox23 Posted 28 December 2011 Posted 28 December 2011 That's very harsh on Cunningham I think he has a very bright future !!
