Unlike most teams who are playing tomorrow night for some strange reason, weird timing this year most Premier and Champ sides playing tomoz night, as the transfer window goes on. When matches finish, they will only have 1 hour to sign players.

We have to agree terms, that is even assuming he wants to come to us which we don't know........ Might have seen the Barnsley game! While we are talking there is plenty of time for someone (West Ham, Southamton?) to get a bid in now that they know what he will cost.

Never seen him play so I have no idea if he would be a fit for us, I know he is a wide player but thats about it...... Is he a grafter? Up and down his flank and all that or an out and out winger? Anyone?

Anyone? He played up front for Crewe as a youth team player then was used more as a winger in his first spell at Carlisle. His goal scoring record is decent enough for a winger, and remember he's only 20 at the moment. I don't think there will be any issue regarding him agreeing personal terms. When i posted a week ago about our first bid being rejected, i had spoken to his best mate from Stoke. He said as soon as he heard Leicester had bid he asked to speak to us. Hopefully should sign no problem.

Played quite a bit from the left for Wednesday, although is right footed. He isn't lightning quick but will put a shift in and put himself about.

Plays either side really well. Can also play behind the striker. Both footed, reasonably fast (not lightening) but makes up for that easily with his skill and delivery.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - Marshall is a product of Crewe Alexandra's academy ! he might have been a Schoolboy with United (he was born in Salford) - but he definitely wasn't in their Youth Team. Stoke signed him at the age of 18 from Crewe.

The only time i've seen a game of his live was the JPT Final last season when Schlupp was on loan at Brentford. Marshall got his leg snapped after 25 minutes, but he was a beast in those first twenty minutes. Other than that i've only seen a few goals in videos someone put up on here. He's massively unproven, but it seems those types of players are what Pearson likes and has success with. I like the sound of his style of play as well, he's a big lad for a winger and have lacked aggression in midfield. Drinkwater looked very direct when he came on v Southampton and hopefully this lad is the same.
