He's sat here on a reportedly redicolous wage may aswell use him for gods sake. He does get sent off yes but so do others its an indiscipline within the whole squad not one man. You don't lose the ability he has which he displayed at reading and he's shown in bits that he has it there but it doesn't really help when you have all the pressure from a stupid price tag and the fans are just waiting to jump on your back. Mills has been sent off twice and has missed, what, 6 games because of it? Or is it 4? He's had 2 stupid sendings off anyway. Those particular sendings off are his indiscipline, not everyone elses. He was supposed to be the captain, supposed to be setting an example. He's completely failed in that respect. Don't blame the fans, he's either good enough or he's not. Reading fans (the ones who saw him every week and not just against us and on TV 5 or 6 times a season) said they got a great deal and. Nugent and Schmeichel have had the same fans as Mills and haven't played shit. He's never been bothered about the fans anyway I should think.

Funny that, because while he was playing he was average at best. Truth is none of us can put our finger on why we cant hold onto a lead, and Pearson is in the same boat, it's a mystery!

There is one defender we have who seems to have been forgotten about completely, someone who went on loan to Palace and won the support of their fans. It's been so long since he played for us that I cannot seem to recall his name ..............................? Is he still with us, injured or not rated by NP? In fact where's Wally Alex Tunchev was in my eyes always a good defender, maybe laking slightly in pace but made up for this with his experience.

I also remember him keeping Kevin Phillips quiet when Blackpool played at the Way. It's a shame that those who played last night were unable to do likewise. I would imagine he did considering Phillips was on the bench for the majority of the game.

A spell out of the team, especially if it makes them miss a poor* result or two and all of a sudden they're a hero. No one was clamouring for him when Morgan bossed Norwich, Derby, Cov & Birmingham The way to become a great player & fan legend at our club is to be out the team for a couple of weeks *Drawing away to team above us isn't a poor result.
