Drinky goal.

Marshall wondergoal - he only scores good goals!

Kingy and Gally come back, combine for King's goal.

Beckford must have played well, even Alan Young said so!

Great win, but we have to win against bottom of the league.

Oh - and Schlupp came back and looked bright!

A good performance but to be fair Donny are at League one level. We are going to need to play at this sort of pace in the next 5 games to put a run together.

Then again 4-4-2 was working in the last run we had before injuries forced the formation change, maybe this is the start of a run with the 4-4-2 formation?

Finally a result against a team who's comfortably lower than us

Scored some goals kept a clean sheet, yes we should have won & importantly this time, we did!

Can't grumble, although I suppose many will.

Onwards & upwards towards the summer.

Great end to the game, I'm happy with that. Defence could still do with tightening up a hell of a lot. If Donny could hit the target we could have been in trouble.

Some people already moaning that it could have been 4-4. Jesus wept!

Average team beats poor team with some great goals and some terrible misses.

Well what a difference playing without any pressure makes - that and playing a pretty dire bottom of the league team.

Too little too late? Still time to make the play-offs?

In my humble opinion, no chance. I'll happily chomp some humble pie if they prove me wrong.

Same. Nice win but Donny had far to many clear cut chances. I think the problem is we don't have a player that organises the back line like Matty Elliott or even Wayne Brown did.

Happy with the result but expecting a dire performance and loss on monday now though. It's the Leicester way.

I thought we only started to look sharp in the last 20mins. Up to that point we were loose with passing, were making some questionable tackling, and were adrift at the back. Had Donny been able to put away their open chances it would have been a different game entirely.

I won't bemoan the win, but it doesn't set us up with a momentous grandstand finish to our season.

Glad for individual brilliance - Maarshall was excellent today, and Drinkwater was good, but seemed a bit too overzealous, let's say in the tackle - though his energy chasing Donny down was great.

Agreed about the last 20 mins.

Marshall was perhaps motm but he disappeared for the first 25mins of the second half.

Interesting that we played our best attacking ball after the substitutions.

Doesn't feel like a 4-0, for large parts of the game we were very negative just going through the motions but with a game on Monday it could be a good thing.

Must follow this up with a win against Ipswich, I'd be amazed if we did though.

I understand what you are saying reckon we need 3 more wins and 2 draws will do it imo :fc:

You're joking aren't you?

You think that Cardiff will take less than 6 points from their last 5 games. They'll get at least 9 and that's me being hopeful.

6th place need just 7 points in 5 games to get more points than that. 5th place need 4 in 4th place need 2. Also, 7th and 8 only need 8. At least 3 of them will get it. We need more.

I swear you have a multi-personality disorder. Sack Pearson one day, play off chances the next. Stick to your guns man!!

We need to win all 5 games and even then we probably won't do it. Brighton will falter but Cardiff and boro have easier run in than us.

If we win all remaining games lol
